Terrible system where one can't block outgoing ISD calls. Earlier you could do that now it's open by default and you can't block so if you dial by accident to end up paying. @airtelindia

Technically it's false FIR But, I found this to be quicker than dealing with their customer care EXECUTIVE Had damaged my Airtel SIM while swapping. Their executive kept me waiting for a week.
