    Airtel Black claims they claims dedicated relationship team and Priority response but truth is different. A Internet is not working more than 4 days when I call their call centre they will reply today will resolve tmr will resolve like kinde of false commitment. @airtelindia

    @SandipGhose @kkalpu Users are at the mercy of telcos. Payment on @airtelindia portal proved risky, inspite of bank confirmation Airtel denies payment, lodged case with ciber police. Am not alone found another person in same situation. Is any one willing to help on cyber crime case?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had raised a complaint today regarding my xtream fiber. It was supposed to be fixed by now but your service engineer is not even answering my calls. And moreover your mobile data too never works properly. Only when I call on 198 it starts to work.

    @airtelindia @Sunilmittal_ @TRAI Stops to level of 0.1 MBPS and as a customer you got to know after calling the tele caller executive which is again a very painful exercise to reach out to them. And Icing on the cake is you cant purchase a booster plan left out to either get your number MNP or w8 for billing

    @airtelindia No response from Airtel support regarding cancellation of my XSTREAM Premium subscription. I’ve already unsubscribed but still getting auto-renewal alert for 10-Apr-2026. I do NOT consent to renewal. Please cancel immediately and confirm no charges will be applied.

    @airtelindia In India we are using 5G and paying increasing recharge costs, but service is disappointing. In Chamua, Narkatiaganj, West Champaran, Bihar, when electricity goes off, Airtel network also goes down like it has no backup. Please fix this issue.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews i am using xstream fiber connection with 999 plan and unable to use Amazon Prime Video as part of ott benefits. I have renewed the plan but myairtel app says it is already claimed. Plz help, as the airtel app doesnt have option to talk to customer care.
