    @airtelindia i registered my complaint on broadband issue on yesterday night but internet service stop on yesterday noon.still any no response on your technical team. My internet is still not working and I am so frustrated with the services of Airtel.

    @airtelindia Airtel is good for nothing.first improve your 4G services than go for 5G and cc executive are pathetic, IVR is worst and no response on social media complaint. Going to switch to JIO.

    Aitel is completely unprofessional. If u r into airtel black u get to RM within secs. Once u r out from airtel black and call customer care, unnecessary call routing happening and they set the language to hindi which i couldnt understand at all.. #airtelthanks @airtelindia @TRAI

    Airtel Black claims they claims dedicated relationship team and Priority response but truth is different. A Internet is not working more than 4 days when I call their call centre they will reply today will resolve tmr will resolve like kinde of false commitment. @airtelindia

    @JioCare Thank you all for support provided. I decided to cancel subscription and go with @airtelindia. No offense but the support provided was pathetic. I have been patient enough but no point in waiting more than 72 hours without resolution. This should not be repated in future.

    @Airtel_Presence Horrendous customer service from your #Bengaluru #JPNagar broadband team. The ticket# 11030130847 was said to have been fixed a few hours ago and now it is broken again. This keeps happening quite often. Why don't they do a decent job once for all? @airtelindia

    3 main telecom service providers exist in India yet neither @JioCare nor @airtelindia can provide a stable cellular connection in one city. You move to the roof & signal strength improves for calling, you move indoors & this signal turns to ****. Delhi NCR is such a dead zone.

    @airtelindia ₹199 recharge got applied twice on my number today. Instead of queueing the second recharge for next month, benefits got merged immediately. Unable to connect with customer care as well. Please help and check the issue.

    Pure scam by @airtelindia AirFiber. First no connectivity, then all complaint requests got auto-closed, now the AirFiber account itself disappeared from Airtel Thanks app. Customer care says “no information available.” Paid ₹1500 on 15 March and now nobody takes responsibility.
