    @JioCare Thank you all for support provided. I decided to cancel subscription and go with @airtelindia. No offense but the support provided was pathetic. I have been patient enough but no point in waiting more than 72 hours without resolution. This should not be repated in future.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Very bad customer care service. I have vacated from vellore and moved to diff location and have requested disconnection for broadband connection 04164205298 . They put it on safecustody and charged 1045rs. And daily calling and torturing to pay.

    @airtelindia I was trying to make request for esim. I made request through SMS. I have replied all relevant details. I didn’t receive any call from airtel. But my request cancelled regularly. Tried calling 121 / 198 couldn’t speak to customer care. What should I do.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had called to your customer care and asked to surrender my sim card and their reply was it can be possible at nearest airtel store. Due to lockdown airtel store was closed and sim can not be surrendered. Instead of disconnect my service i had paid bill for the month of may20.
