    @airtelindia the help feature in the Airtel thanks app needs a thorough rejig. The bots there like most corporate bot support is wholly useless, a good for nothing and a waste of time. Sadly it's incapable of resolving issues! Perhaps am I expecting too much from @airtelnews 🤷

    @airtelindia people's beware of if you are planning to buy or porting to Airtel network. Worst service.pathetic IVR system and useless customer care executives. cc executive said you live in a area where our network is not strong.

    @airtelindia my data services aren't working for over a month now & your team isn't resolving it. Rather they read a funny policy - I need to pay till it shows an active account in your records irrespective of service working or not. @TRAI @consumerforum_ please check such policy

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had raised a complaint today regarding my xtream fiber. It was supposed to be fixed by now but your service engineer is not even answering my calls. And moreover your mobile data too never works properly. Only when I call on 198 it starts to work.

    @airtelindia Airtel providing services as government no one responds to issues, 3rd class useless services, don’t risk your money with Airtel bank it’s scam, you will never know when your mobile number is issued to someone, without any notice, Airtel is supporting cyber crime.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my Airtel broadband not working from last 1 week. Atleast 5 people visited promises. You just keeping sending sms for reassigned technician. Shame on your deficiency in service. 10034028033..I am not even able to talk to your customer care.

    Internet was down for 2 days and #airtel has no courtesy for giving any compensation for this poor service. There was no way to raise a ticket as call (121) and chatbot all give only automated answers. @jagograhakjago @airtelindia

    @airtelindia it’s highly disappointed with your service. Your service provider Mr Ved in Delhi assured to provide broadband connection in newly build GPRA type houses in Sarojini nagar and had all formality done including payment of fee. However installation team refused.

    @airtelindia Your broadband service has become a joke. My Wi-Fi keeps rebooting every 5–7 minutes, making it impossible to work or stream. Instead of another scripted response, tell me how to terminate the connection and close my account. Enough is enough.

    @airtelindia i really frustrated with your customer support specially for wifi services it has been down since 1day and no one is connecting to me and fix this in area sector 85 bptp park elite floor E block. As a brand can you take little ownership and improve your services?
