    @JioCare Thank you all for support provided. I decided to cancel subscription and go with @airtelindia. No offense but the support provided was pathetic. I have been patient enough but no point in waiting more than 72 hours without resolution. This should not be repated in future.

    @airtelindia Part 2 : You can’t even provide 2G speed as everything just keeps loading or fails to load Issue is not only for my phone its for all in the vicinity .My complaint number is CQUKI3CHN20220318913468 logged on 18 Mar 2022& you still can’t provide any resolution

    @airtelindia I was trying to make request for esim. I made request through SMS. I have replied all relevant details. I didn’t receive any call from airtel. But my request cancelled regularly. Tried calling 121 / 198 couldn’t speak to customer care. What should I do.

    @airtelindia my data services aren't working for over a month now & your team isn't resolving it. Rather they read a funny policy - I need to pay till it shows an active account in your records irrespective of service working or not. @TRAI @consumerforum_ please check such policy

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Broadband 04449596478 not working since 1600 hrs 4.11. Airtel APP does not register complaint.And Airtel office MG Road also cannot register. They said system not accepting !!! What should one do.

    @Airtel_Presence After being a loyal customer of @airtelindia BB for 15 years, i move to another service provider. Reason? - shifted in Feb to Tnagar, Chennai a business hub but greeted with repeated disruptions in connectivity & a totally cold response 4m AT tec team. Bye bye AT

    .@reliancejio I've been facing serious network issues in my area for the past week. On one hand, recharge prices keep increasing. On the other, the quality of service keeps getting worse. I switched from @airtelindia hoping for a better experience, but I'm honestly fed up. Please fix the network and make the internet speed consistent. I've attached screenshots of the network health below. It's gone down the drain. What's going on, Jio?

    @Airtel_Presence I received SMSes asking me to cancel my subscription to Perplexity. It shows paused and can’t be cancelled. Perplexity support says that it is on pause and cannot be cancelled either. Please ensure you don’t charge me for it. Mails go unanswered from @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Pathetic service continues. Not attending to reinstallation for 3 weeks, still charging and sending bills. Vigorously nudging me to go for new connection to count as fresh customer. Existing clients for 20 years are like dogs to @airtelindia @TheSunilMittal

    No wifi service since 6 july Complaints simply pushed saying issue will be fixed by 3 or 4 hours. After 6 odd days 1 technician comes and leaves midway saying he will come again only to not show up. Calls kept waiting for hours. Pathetic experience @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Even called your customer support team, every representative has something new to say, now this last person said that it's a lengthy process so it'll take a lot of time, we won't be at our old address from tomorrow and now it's not my responsibility to remove all the equipment

    @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia There is no reply here even after such poor service, will the problem be resolved or not? It would be better if you get Jio Airfiber installed, at least the technician's number comes up after complaining, nothing like this is happening here.

    @airtelindia Complete fraud is being done, without, for disconnection request it's hassle, now they don't disconnect and start safe custody service without my consent,and will charge again for 200 . Now I have to again go to service centre the. Again service team will call and will do fraud
