    @airtelindia My airtel broadband went dead last Thursday, fault attributed 2 a cable cut, rectified on Sunday but down again since this morning. in the last 5 days, it has worked only for 1.5 days. Complaint number 10121969462. Service highly unsatisfactory. Pls resolve asap

    Ported from Airtel to jio. Airtel is genuine, if no network they show no network, jio on the other hand,full bars but calls do not connect . Bought another Airtel sim to check if the device is faulty. Airtel works seamlessly. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia , you are marking huge about your 5G plus in Chennai and the picture I am sharing is a location in Chennai where there is no 5G connectivity and you may check the 4G speed at the same location. How can anyone trust the network?

    @airtelindia I was trying to make request for esim. I made request through SMS. I have replied all relevant details. I didn’t receive any call from airtel. But my request cancelled regularly. Tried calling 121 / 198 couldn’t speak to customer care. What should I do.

    Airtel Black claims they dedicated relationship team and Priority response but truth is different. A Internet is not working more than 4 days. Daily they committing issue will get resolved today but nothing happening @airtelindia Blackout.

    @SaffronChargers @airtelindia has essentially confirmed that internet speed is no longer based on network capability, but on socioeconomic classification. Hence the ques. is, if pp users now get “priority” speeds, were prepaid users intentionally treated as background processes this entire time?

    Booked Airtel Black and even received booking confirmation. After 4-5 days, suddenly got a message saying “your order has been cancelled as per your request,” whereas I never requested any cancellation . @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence internet speed has been painstakingly slow for last few days, both pre paid and postpaid. Getting 150-200 KB/s on 4G+, 5G is not even working, it used to even 15 days back. PIN 494556. @TRAI this is not what we pay for.

    @airtelindia Airtel WiFi network in my location in Panchkula is extremely bad. Most of days WiFi network does not work. Disappointed due to poor customer care service. Airtel doesn’t seem to care for customers.
