    The place where I stay has such poor mobile network. I live on wifi calling. I am tweeting by putting my phone on some pedestal where I get weak 4g. Can’t believe your customer service is so poor. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I was trying to make request for esim. I made request through SMS. I have replied all relevant details. I didn’t receive any call from airtel. But my request cancelled regularly. Tried calling 121 / 198 couldn’t speak to customer care. What should I do.

    Worst service ever seen, even nodal officers dont reply to mail @TataPlayin . Does this happen in @airtelindia @reliancejio . Facing problem from past 4-5months . They charges you for box when dish camera is faulty. Heights of bad services .

    @airtelindia the help feature in the Airtel thanks app needs a thorough rejig. The bots there like most corporate bot support is wholly useless, a good for nothing and a waste of time. Sadly it's incapable of resolving issues! Perhaps am I expecting too much from @airtelnews 🤷

    My husband and I had to take loss of pay today because your company refused to send someone on time to get the internet set right. What’s this?! This is just so frustrating. Making me want to switch from Airtel. Such terrible customer service. Been patient all along. @airtelindia

For Eg while recharging my cash detected twice i made a complaint later there was no response after regular followup every day cash returned Airtel C.C is decent No issues W Singal/4G is excellent

    @airtelindia Day by day your service going wrost !! MY BROAD BAND is frequently disconnecting even today complete disconnected from afternoon and complaint logged but so far reach me !! Hi, your service request no. 10079493385 has been assigned to engineer !! After this No one contacted!!

    Hi @airtelindia, I recharged for unlimited 5G. But after using 8 GB, internet doesn't work. It seems to be very irritating. Why are you limiting data usage even in unlimited pack. Don't excuse poor network because I'm able to use upto 5+GB

    @airtelindia its been 36 hrs around my wifi been down. Its not allowing me to raise ticket. Trees been cutoff along with internet cables. Other ISPs have fixed them in an hour or two with reporting. You folks haven’t even taken any action yet connection id: 0841318235806_wifi

    Never thought @airtelindia will be like this, their sales person promised to install the wifi in 24 hours , after getting the money he booked installation and post that has not been picking up my calls installation engineer called saying new building installation not possible

    @airtelindia Team, Issue is pending for over 4 weeks. Since you have started these from Dec 2025 without me making any changes on my phone, you need to switch these off. Please resolve urgently & stop lying about it being a regulatory requirement. No one else gets these @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Staff I'm requesting a Wi-Fi waiver due to prolonged service issues and no response from your team. Raised complaints & called back many times with no proper resolution. This is my annual plan and I haven't taken any waiver this year. Please @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    There is no or very poor @airtelindia network in my area. I had logged a complaint but @airtelindia closed the ticket without fixing the issue did not even contact me to check if the issue is resolved. This is how @airtelindia works these days
