    @airtelindia Airtel is good for nothing.first improve your 4G services than go for 5G and cc executive are pathetic, IVR is worst and no response on social media complaint. Going to switch to JIO.

    @airtelindia people's beware of if you are planning to buy or porting to Airtel network. Worst service.pathetic IVR system and useless customer care executives. cc executive said you live in a area where our network is not strong.

    @airtelindia , you are marking huge about your 5G plus in Chennai and the picture I am sharing is a location in Chennai where there is no 5G connectivity and you may check the 4G speed at the same location. How can anyone trust the network?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews your thanks app should be nominated for the worst app ever. I dunno what purpose it serves. Can't raise a complaint. 121 is another useless service. How do I raise a complaint for landline not working. Should I send a pigeon with letter?

    Aitel is completely unprofessional. If u r into airtel black u get to RM within secs. Once u r out from airtel black and call customer care, unnecessary call routing happening and they set the language to hindi which i couldnt understand at all.. #airtelthanks @airtelindia @TRAI

    @airtelindia Facing connectivity issue at 04411321768_dsl - 04449579053 - Could not reach out customer care over the phone. Any resolution please ? Noticed the issue at 6.00 pm 12-08-2022. Not sure about how this issue persist. Please reach me at 9841622154 for more details.

    @airtelindia Better to go with BSNL Airtel and BSNL are same in quality of service, coverage and data at least BSNL is cheeper…

    @airtelindia Never trust Airtel, very negligence staff, they have issued a CUG number from our company after 3 months they realized that the number issued to me does not belong to our company CUG and belongs to some other company, over night they stopped services without notice. Worst AIRTEL.

    @airtelindia I was trying to make request for esim. I made request through SMS. I have replied all relevant details. I didn’t receive any call from airtel. But my request cancelled regularly. Tried calling 121 / 198 couldn’t speak to customer care. What should I do.

    Due to some ****** exam going on in jaipur @airtelindia has slowed down the network and it's so bloody poor that you can't even load a website on a phone. What a pathetic network. In European countries their 2g is better than your 5g.

I am feeling very disappointed and cheated by his overall behaviour. Need urgent attention and resolution on this. This is impacting the goodwill of Airtel.

    Dear @airtelindia, the network issue in Hitech City, Hyderabad has become extremely frustrating. The signal strength is so poor that calls are not connecting properly and even normal conversations get disconnected repeatedly. Despite being in a prime IT area.

    15 days with Airtel and it has been nightmare. No proper network, no signal inside the house, calls dropping every time, and even Wi-Fi calling is useless cause there’s literally no range at all. Wanted to port out immediately but now stuck waiting for 90 days.@airtelindia
