    @airtelindia My airtel broadband went dead last Thursday, fault attributed 2 a cable cut, rectified on Sunday but down again since this morning. in the last 5 days, it has worked only for 1.5 days. Complaint number 10121969462. Service highly unsatisfactory. Pls resolve asap

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have been raising tickets for network issues since August 2021, you are raising tickets and closing it without resolving. I am still facing the issue. I am receiving bills on time. If earning money is your only motive. Come let's sell tomatoes🍅.

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtel, my AirFiber installation is stuck. Technician left saying server issue & cancelled request, but app still shows “installation in progress.” Paid ₹400 + ₹1500. No update or resolution. Please fix or refund if installation cannot be done.

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Just a friendly suggestion. Better you should shutdown your network services in our area completely. There will be no change with this kind of poor infrastructure you are maintaining in our village. Don’t take rural customers for granted.
