    @airtelindia Never trust Airtel, very negligence staff, they have issued a CUG number from our company after 3 months they realized that the number issued to me does not belong to our company CUG and belongs to some other company, over night they stopped services without notice. Worst AIRTEL.

    @airtelindia raised a request for shifting my xstream fibre connection on 21st nov, it was supposed to be closed on 24th Nov, till today only 1 call from airtel, issue still unresolved.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia raised a complaint yesterday regarding my fixed line xtream fibre connection, i was promised it would be resolved within 3.30 pm, the engineer hasn't come in yet, on calling him he is saying that he can't do it today. Complaint # 10037785640

    Is the National Consumer Helpline a joke? @nch1915 The issue has been open for a very long time and it has not been addressed at all. Grievance ID: 9143662 @airtelindia is a fraud. They don't give proper services neither did they respond to any of the customer's messages.

    @airtelindia The home WiFi at Gurgaon is down since Saturday. Airtel sends SMS about the outage & soon that the problem solved. But it’s been 3 days & it’s not working. Call centre says the problem solved but it’s still not working.
