    @JioCare Thank you all for support provided. I decided to cancel subscription and go with @airtelindia. No offense but the support provided was pathetic. I have been patient enough but no point in waiting more than 72 hours without resolution. This should not be repated in future.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia raised a complaint yesterday regarding my fixed line xtream fibre connection, i was promised it would be resolved within 3.30 pm, the engineer hasn't come in yet, on calling him he is saying that he can't do it today. Complaint # 10037785640

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I want satic IP on my fiber connection. I called CC for this and they register a request for it. Then your tech called me and told that do not call CC for Static IP. We can only solve the issue with internet. We cannot provide you the static IP....
