    @airtelindia Fed up with using Airtel 4G network. You advertising Airtel is India's fastest network.But 4g network speed is poorer than GPRS speed. I am facing this issue in a urban area. Contacted customer care and created multiple tickets. No resolution so far.

    @airtelindia Terrible experience using international roaming for Dubai. They showed extra usage of minutes & shut the phone demanding down payment. I ended up paying twice and there was no way of getting the money refunded. I have ported out of Airtel & now no refund is coming.

    @airtelindia I have been chasing your BLR Xsteam for fixing my internet since 5.00 PM and so far nothing has happened. I was told he will raise the ticket on my behalf and will fix it. Nothing happened since, i am having to escalate this because of a lac of response.
