This is absolutely the lowest of all service standards I have ever experienced. After procrastinating for a month, a complaint was recorded on 12th May with an assuarnce to follow up within 2 days. Despite several reminders its yet to be resolved. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

What is the point of having so much integration/so many services when @airtelindia keeps calling for paying outstanding amount (even when the due date is 10 days later). Have gotten 7 calls so far. Been a customer since years but still - they don’t fail to disappoint!!
