    @JioCare Dear @JioCare, looks like there are a few honest, smart and responsible people in @airtelindia at the lowest level. Mugesh from santhome office visited our office and resolved the issue when most seniors even now, don't care. May be you guys should hire him He is at 9311387585

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had raised a complaint today regarding my xtream fiber. It was supposed to be fixed by now but your service engineer is not even answering my calls. And moreover your mobile data too never works properly. Only when I call on 198 it starts to work.

    @airtelindia Part 2 : You can’t even provide 2G speed as everything just keeps loading or fails to load Issue is not only for my phone its for all in the vicinity .My complaint number is CQUKI3CHN20220318913468 logged on 18 Mar 2022& you still can’t provide any resolution

    @airtelindia I have spent the past four days calling your call center for a resolution to moving my broadband from Delhi to Chennai. No resolution yet. You are masters o f testing customer patience.

    @airtelindia Part 3: Rightfully if you cannot provide a proper solution refund what I paid as recharge .Only thing your fast at is sending 50% & 90% data is consumed

    @Airtel_Presence After being a loyal customer of @airtelindia BB for 15 years, i move to another service provider. Reason? - shifted in Feb to Tnagar, Chennai a business hub but greeted with repeated disruptions in connectivity & a totally cold response 4m AT tec team. Bye bye AT

    @airtelindia Visited airtel store urapakkam, chennai, today.Customer care executive (Mr. Prakash and Mr. Sayed) demanding the Rs.350 on the name SIM portability.They do have any evidence for above claim Surprised to see that the company like airtel has no written rule at store

    Its been 24 hrs im not able to use my wifi. In every week in face this issue and when i call to your airtel Xstream representative he dont receive the call. What a wrost service. Seriously not happy with this kind of poor service ! @airtelindia @airtelnews @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia raised more than 4 tickets in last 35 days 4 broadband issue.But still didnt get any stable resolution for Airtel Broadband speed *** modem issue.i am fed up with airtel temp resolutions and at the last asked for HAPPYCODE huhh!!
