    @airtelindia I was trying to make request for esim. I made request through SMS. I have replied all relevant details. I didn’t receive any call from airtel. But my request cancelled regularly. Tried calling 121 / 198 couldn’t speak to customer care. What should I do.

    @airtelindia Never trust Airtel, very negligence staff, they have issued a CUG number from our company after 3 months they realized that the number issued to me does not belong to our company CUG and belongs to some other company, over night they stopped services without notice. Worst AIRTEL.

    Poor response from @airtelindia. Went to convert my prepaid SIM to postpaid. Said will be activated within 24hrs. Still no signal and no response. The so called quickest network in the country has the largest response delay. Way to go @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Pathetic!!
