    @airtelindia Your service is pathetic. Been waiting for a simple shifting of Xtremefiber for the last 5 days. To add to the agony you keep sending messages that the connection is ready for installation. Not a soul has called till date. SRNo. 127094112. Loyalty doesn’t reward.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews My broadband stopped working for 2 hours now. Called your local team in chengalpet but none of it seems interested in concerns. No customer focus. Unexpected such a poor response from airtel.

    @airtelindia The customer care are irresponsible, and they don't understand the concerns. I'm receiving the same set of answers from every single representative, and they can't even arrange a call from the technical support who's supposed to resolve issue - who's not picking call

    Despite multiple store visits and customer care calls, no proper support has been provided. Today again, extra charges were added without any valid reason Requesting @airtelindia to immediately resolve the issue, refund the unnecessary charges, and provide proper customer support

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Airtel Wifi has been down since 23 May after engineers came to resolve a issue I was facing and promised only a 3-hour outage. Its been almost 72 hours now, and I have no Wifi. I’m being told to wait till 28 May for further help. Poor service!
