    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my internet is down since afternoon. Raised a ticket, but yet to receive any response. Ticket says an engnr will be allocated tomorrow anoon, i.e 24 hours after issues is reported. In all previous instances issue got rectified within 30-60 mins

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Extremely unprofessional team. Incapable of providing basic internet services. No wonder they have fallen way behind in competition to @reliancejio. Other network providers are ready to offer better services in 2 hrs and they are still asleep.

    @airtelindia I have registered my complain on Friday (4/92020) regarding the internet connection at my home. Still no one have visited for service. I went again to the airtel to ask what happened they gave me someone's contact to call them for service. No proper response.

    @airtelindia so called xstrem fibre speed is less than 2g speed Ihave wtitten 5 emails to ur customer care for restoring the old line which was good speed 4 visits by ur engineer in a week gas not resolved my issue ur customer care seems to be xstream speed as they have not replied till date

    @TRAI if porting was done from prepaid to postpaid of same provider and if services are denied as promised then porting to another service provider in less than 90 days should be allowed. marketing tricks of @airtelindia fooled and then neglect us knowing i will stay for 90 days.
