Okay as authority Why don't you take action to resolve it so people from Chennai region aren't left out.

    Converted my Airtel postpaid to prepaid and not able to recharge,money got debited with unsuccessful recharge message. Customer service accepted the issue and very cool. No incoming services util it gets solved.@Airtel_Presence,@airtelindia No more India's leading network

    @airtelindia bought a new prepaid SIM WITH 299 plan, activated by calling 59059, your IVR still asks me to add a plan. Guy on helpline said it would be resolved by morning - it still isn't. Still can't make calls. Fantastic first experience. Do you want a customer? If so DM.
