    @airtelindia so called xstrem fibre speed is less than 2g speed Ihave wtitten 5 emails to ur customer care for restoring the old line which was good speed 4 visits by ur engineer in a week gas not resolved my issue ur customer care seems to be xstream speed as they have not replied till date

    What the actual hell is wrong with @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare - no signal, full of call drops and not even a proper signal to browse a basic browse. Yuck, tons of tickets and their customer care casually closes everything. Time to move on to @airtelindia after 14 years.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my internet is down since afternoon. Raised a ticket, but yet to receive any response. Ticket says an engnr will be allocated tomorrow anoon, i.e 24 hours after issues is reported. In all previous instances issue got rectified within 30-60 mins
