    India’s worst network. Few days back I sent a request for number portability and I got a call from your customer service regarding the same. Initially she apologise for the inconvenience, once I started sharing the issue she just hanged up. 😂😂 WTF @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia this regards to the poor service and about 15 days TAT for the complaint I’d 31-3783830995968. First of all the 121 service is pathetic and it’s black hole if we connect we don’t get resolution I do not see any transparency and zero complaint claimed by you.

    @airtelindia made 2 bulk packages - one halferly and one annual. still airtel keeps asking me to pay monthly. 3 complaints for refund. no action taken. hopeless service
