    @airtelindia Sir, The New Modem 777VR1 seems to be of very poor quality for broadband, as they have changed 3 modems in a month. Earlier I had D-Link which lasted 3 years. My broadband No: 04494067547

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence A ticket was raised for no network being received in post paid SIM. Spoke to customer care and visited airtel store. No action till date. Ticket Closed without action. No response from you despite multiple posts. Is this incompetence or arrogance?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have raised a request for stopping the Wi Fi connections 011100412704_dsl and 011100416062_dsl as the premises they are installed on is closing down. I am repeatedly getting Airtel Calls asking about the reason for closure or possibility to shift. I don't want any shift, nor is there any grievance. That location is shutting shop. Simple. Please help in disconnection and the service technician can take back the modem.

    @Airtel_Presence I raised a Wi-Fi shifting request on 6 May 2026 (Order ID: 21-167403585752). Installation was later scheduled for 13 May, but even after 6 days it has still not been completed. Kindly resolve this issue urgently. @airtelindia
