    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my internet is down since afternoon. Raised a ticket, but yet to receive any response. Ticket says an engnr will be allocated tomorrow anoon, i.e 24 hours after issues is reported. In all previous instances issue got rectified within 30-60 mins

    @Airtel_Presence Well this trick didn’t work, the network bar shows EDGE/GPRS more than 4G. I am paying for 4G and not even getting 2G properly. Will you do anything about it? @airtelindia
