    @airtelindia Airtel is good for nothing.first improve your 4G services than go for 5G and cc executive are pathetic, IVR is worst and no response on social media complaint. Going to switch to JIO.

    @airtelindia Airtel providing services as government no one responds to issues, 3rd class useless services, don’t risk your money with Airtel bank it’s scam, you will never know when your mobile number is issued to someone, without any notice, Airtel is supporting cyber crime.

    @SandipGhose @kkalpu Users are at the mercy of telcos. Payment on @airtelindia portal proved risky, inspite of bank confirmation Airtel denies payment, lodged case with ciber police. Am not alone found another person in same situation. Is any one willing to help on cyber crime case?

    Because of this delay, I cannot proceed with my eSIM activation. A routine customer request has now become a multi-day ordeal for absolutely no valid reason. Customers deserve better than endless waiting and scripted responses. @airtelindia @TRAI @DoT_India
