Airtel is genuine, if no network they show no network, jio on the other hand,full bars but calls do not connect . Bought another Airtel sim to check if the device is faulty. The bots there like most corporate bot support is wholly useless, a good for nothing and a waste of time. Sadly it's incapable of resolving issues! Perhaps am I expecting too much from @airtelnews 🤷

Raised multiple complaints, but tickets get auto-closed after 7-10 days without any fix. Looks like resolution metrics matter more than customers. Stuck for 90 days now
