    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had raised a complaint today regarding my xtream fiber. It was supposed to be fixed by now but your service engineer is not even answering my calls. And moreover your mobile data too never works properly. Only when I call on 198 it starts to work.

    @airtelindia people's beware of if you are planning to buy or porting to Airtel network. Worst service.pathetic IVR system and useless customer care executives. cc executive said you live in a area where our network is not strong. To kya area badal le.

    @airtelindia I was trying to make request for esim. I made request through SMS. I have replied all relevant details. I didn’t receive any call from airtel. But my request cancelled regularly. Tried calling 121 / 198 couldn’t speak to customer care. What should I do.

    @airtelindia the help feature in the Airtel thanks app needs a thorough rejig. The bots there like most corporate bot support is wholly useless, a good for nothing and a waste of time. Sadly it's incapable of resolving issues! Perhaps am I expecting too much from @airtelnews 🤷

    Wouldn’t it make sense for @reliancejio , @airtelindia and all other network providers to allow 2-3 minutes of extra data if - the user’s internet is over - the user came on the official app to recharge A lost opportunity for a recharge that the user could have done.

    Have done recharge for 349 plan as mentioned as unlimited 5g on 5g region. I am in Chennai and already utilised unlimited 5g multiple times. But now with this back, I am unable to utilise unlimited 5g and customer service is pathetic. #airtelscam @airtelindia

    @airtelindia In India we are using 5G and paying increasing recharge costs, but service is disappointing. In Chamua, Narkatiaganj, West Champaran, Bihar, when electricity goes off, Airtel network also goes down like it has no backup. Please fix this issue.

    It’s been over a month of continuous complaints still no resolution. 5G is completely not working at my home, while it works just a few steps outside. This clearly shows a network issue. If this is not fixed, I will change provider once my current plan expires. @airtelindia
