It was supposed to be fixed by now but your service engineer is not even answering my calls. And moreover your mobile data too never works properly. Only when I call on 198 it starts to work.

I even visited the Airtel Store multiple times, but there was no proper response. The Store Manager simply said that only complaints can be registered, with no actual resolution or timeline.
