    @airtelindia the help feature in the Airtel thanks app needs a thorough rejig. The bots there like most corporate bot support is wholly useless, a good for nothing and a waste of time. Sadly it's incapable of resolving issues! Perhaps am I expecting too much from @airtelnews 🤷

    @airtelindia Fast tag Issues. Unfortunate to buy Airtel fast tag. While 1000 Rs balance was there it showed my tag as blacklisted. Called Airtel Help and they told they will revert in 2 days when I was in highway(sic). Forced to pay fine and buy PayTM tag which is fantastic.
