    @airtelindia How overwhelming it is to survive just with brand name and not efficient service ? I raised a issue with my broadband on 16th December ser. Rq. No.125581416. Issue still not resolved and we are Deeply distressed with your poor service. Work on your logistics.

    @airtelindia my data services aren't working for over a month now & your team isn't resolving it. Rather they read a funny policy - I need to pay till it shows an active account in your records irrespective of service working or not. @TRAI @consumerforum_ please check such policy

For Eg while recharging my cash detected twice i made a complaint later there was no response after regular followup every day cash returned Airtel C.C is decent No issues W Singal/4G is excellent

    @airtelindia Please check on 4G strength in PIN 600082, 99.99% of time I only see 2G speed. In addition, I'm receiving messages that additional tower was installed in my nearby area (GKM Colony, hardly 1 KM away from my place). Dead slow. #airtelfalse4gpromise #Airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Very bad customer care service. I have vacated from vellore and moved to diff location and have requested disconnection for broadband connection 04164205298 . They put it on safecustody and charged 1045rs. And daily calling and torturing to pay.

    The place where I stay has such poor mobile network. I live on wifi calling. I am tweeting by putting my phone on some pedestal where I get weak 4g. Can’t believe your customer service is so poor. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia hi i am waiting for airtel fiber broadband more that 4 years. Still now not available in my area. Using only low speed plans in airtel So many service providers are came. I have only option for changing the service provider.

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , My Wi-Fi installation slot was scheduled for 11:30 AM, but no engineer has arrived. The engineer is continuously ignoring both my calls and calls from the nearest Airtel Store as well. This level of service is extremely disappointing.

    @airtelindia some SPAMs are in your company like your employees. they always try to cheat customer. JIO will finish you like others if we the users leave you. ask your employees to fulfil the promise what they offer
