    @airtelindia My airtel broadband went dead last Thursday, fault attributed 2 a cable cut, rectified on Sunday but down again since this morning. in the last 5 days, it has worked only for 1.5 days. Complaint number 10121969462. Service highly unsatisfactory. Pls resolve asap

    Worst service ever seen, even nodal officers dont reply to mail @TataPlayin . Does this happen in @airtelindia @reliancejio . Facing problem from past 4-5months . They charges you for box when dish camera is faulty. Heights of bad services .

    @airtelindia might actually have the worst customer experience in India. Random billing dates, WiFi recharge issues,recharge system is broken, incoming calls get cut off after 5 days of recharge expiry. and an AI bot that couldn't solve 2+2.@TRAI

    @airtelindia raised complaint on 29June Internet not working,no solution as yet despite sending mails,calling many times, registering on the app . Your service is hopeless ,the standard reply is it will be resolved in 4hrs,do not know when those 4 hrs will end @TheSunilMittal
