    A month back my airtel sim network went off. Upon checking with customer care they told problem with sim. When my parents went to take sim, airtel told can't give, please take sim from karnataka. How can I travel from Malaysia to Karnataka in this pandemic #shame @airtelindia

    great job @airtelindia I got some issues with the network connectivity so I called your customer support they said I'll receive a call back in so and so time till now I haven't received any. I prefer @airtelindia not to dump their customers with fake promises in their ads.

    I had done my mobile recharge through google pay .. Transaction is successful but recharge is not done.. I contacted @airtelindia but they told to contact gpay @GooglePayIndia please help me with this regard
