Why is it always things get faster, services is made faster when you put it in social media. Amount debited while recharging and rc not happened. NO solution is esured. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence mailed and also Dm the issue.

@JioCare no jio fibre network from 8pm yday. Complained this morning 5.30... but no one visited my place but closed the ticket... Worst ever service. Again taken the complaint and asking time till 10 am tom. Better to go back again to @airtelindia 😠😠😠

@airtelindia I have two re charges of Rs1,799/- each on my cell no : 7349606558.The re charges were done through Amazon Pay & but re charges never took place and I did not receive the refund. I have also raised my complaint with Airtel customer care . One month is getting over.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence claiming to be India’s best network provides the worst service. It’s been 12 hrs now since the broadband network is down and every time I am getting extended ETA. You guys never extend the pack validity by 10 min but you can waste our 12 hrs easily.
