    @airtelindia Inspite of paying yearly charges upfront to avoid monthly interactions,ended up having so many calls in last one month to deal with incorrect bills. Call center team acknowledge billing issue but back end billing team rejecting without even basic investigation (2/3)

    @mithlesh1990 @Airtel_Presence Thats for sure! I was told by the Social media team member Simran Kaur within a week we will fix things some one will call you no one did they @airtelindia dont value their loyal customers they will shut down their business soon, thats for sure!!

    @airtelindia Horrible Billing experience with Airtel broadband. Your billing system can not support plans you are marketing, especially, annual plans. Renewal I did in Airtel app with new plan didn't reflect in billing system (1/3)

    @meenaambwani @airtelindia Yes. RBL, SBI too was sending me someone's account statements, withdrawal, card swipes details. Sadly I have a SBI a/c. So it used to be daily shock for me. Problem s none of d service providers/banks ask customers to confirm their registered mail ID before taking it on record.

    @DishTV_India i have got worst costumer experience when i have told to upgrade dish smarthub they told it will installed in 24 Hr but still 34 hr i have got no call from technician for installation. Thanks to @airtelindia got in 2 hr call from Technicial for call #AirtelXtreme
