    @JioCare Thank you all for support provided. I decided to cancel subscription and go with @airtelindia. No offense but the support provided was pathetic. I have been patient enough but no point in waiting more than 72 hours without resolution. This should not be repated in future.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia hi i am waiting for airtel fiber broadband more that 4 years. Still now not available in my area. Using only low speed plans in airtel So many service providers are came. I have only option for changing the service provider.

    But instead they raised service disconnection vide SR10365150074063 This what your customer centric approach? If client requests for a extension you will disconnect the services? Thanks for your support for such a long time. We will move @airtelindia broadband r @JioFiberChennai

    @airtelindia i registered my complaint on broadband issue on yesterday night but internet service stop on yesterday noon.still any no response on your technical team. My internet is still not working and I am so frustrated with the services of Airtel.

    Aitel is completely unprofessional. If u r into airtel black u get to RM within secs. Once u r out from airtel black and call customer care, unnecessary call routing happening and they set the language to hindi which i couldnt understand at all.. #airtelthanks @airtelindia @TRAI

    @airtelindia is there any reason for selling existing numbers as part of prepaid and new customer go through all harassment calls. Customer service doesn't help on this factor. Any alternative to get out of the problem

    @airtelindia signals in Kolkata is so pathetic. It shows only first line or no signal at all. On data side, forget 5G, most of time it's 4G only. Seems like they're deliberately telling customes to switch to other service providers.

    @Airtel_Presence Very disappointing support @airtelindia / @Airtel_Presence DLT registration is blocked for days due to repeated 502 errors on the portal. Shared screenshots and Airtel number multiple times via DM. Still no resolution, callback, or update. Please take business clients seriously

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia how shameless you guys are. Disconnect the connection without prior notification and when trying to diagnose wifi,the page never works. The app is a complete scam and also the service. @DoT_India look into this. They never take complaints seriously.

    Hey @Airtel_Presence and @airtelindia Your chatbot service is absolutely, heartbreakingly useless on your Airtel thanks app. My data services are down and it is not allowing me to raise a repeat complaint nor does it understand my problem. Please switch back to 90s style caller helpline till you sort this out. Meanwhile I cannot wait till 25th May for my data services to resume ,so please ask someone to contact me urgently. Your app is uselessly wasting my time w.out providing a resolution
