This is absolutely the lowest of all service standards I have ever experienced. After procrastinating for a month, a complaint was recorded on 12th May with an assuarnce to follow up within 2 days. Despite several reminders its yet to be resolved. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Dear Megha, Since the last month or two, internet speed is pathetically slow for up to 90% of the time in a day. On a lighter note, I must thank @airtelindia for recreating the foregone era of buffering, delays, etc. I am using a postpaid connection, god save the prepaid ones!!!
