Its often reffered to as the age of Internet that has catapaulted the Indian Economy on a fastrack....but in this internet age, @airtelindia takes 15 days to resolve an internet issue on a state change sim, and expects you to sit on your hands for that duration.

@airtelindia I have recharged with rs 79 without knowing that i can't sms anyone in this pack. I have to activate my upi id registered through this number. When I contcaed in customer service they are telling me if you have to sms someone than do recharge of minimum rs 129.
