@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia the issue still remains unresolved. I reiterate... Wrongful deduction of coupon and failure to re-activate the same. Just being toyed around between 121 and 400 as none are ready to take responsibility. Was assured of prompt and quick action here.

@airtelindia I am using airtel sim from last 20 yrs & platinum member with four connection home and office both. As there was network issues of airtel & connectivity was poor. I opted for an internet connection through a fixed line so i converted my plan to Airtel black but i regert it.
