    @airtelindia looks like your DTG guys don’t understand customer request about not to receive . Even after telling n-th time that there is no requirement for t the DTH connection they keep on calling me . Even after blocking one number they call from another number 1/2

    @airtelindia Airtel SCAMMING CUSTOMERS. suddenly my sim card stopped working and then I had to go to Airtel store to get a new sim for 100. They told me that most of customer have encountered this issue. Once my package is over I'm porting to jio.

    @airtelindia how could you be so mean that even after assuring that immediate resolution will be provided for the request to convert prepaid to postpaid on 26 Jan and every day you are asking for 24 hrs and now the number is not active as it is asking to recharge.. Unfortunate

    @airtelindia is a top telecom & internet service provider but my Airtel Broadband is down for almost a week. After replacing &configuring router technician asked us to wait for 30 minutes for configuration at backend. Despite followup for days, still not done. God save customers!

    @airtelindia your #airtelThanks app is worst. From many month you are applying late fee to my bill and there is no way to sort it out. I had prepaid broadband connection. Why this late fees are applied even when you barred the connection? Provide ne custome support no.
