@airtelindia : dear team, I have recharged 155 package into diffrent number, the number i wanted to recharge is +91 72042 73384 but i entred just one number wrong while recharging via ola money, wrong number recharged :7204278334,please help me here

Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had recommended Airtel to @shyamprasad127. Now regretting as both he and I never have proper internet after moving to x stream fibre. Paying bills with horrible services and frequent disconnections. Tired of raising complaints regularly also

@airtelindia have paid advance rentals for home broadband ..highly dissatisfied ..last time the service people corrected the issue ..but no stability. Internet goes down everyday . My TV connects with Netflix only and no other WFH I have to rely on my phone hotspot. This is sad.

@DoT_India Airtel has forcefully added Amazon Prime subscription to their customer bill without customer approval. I have been repeatedly requesting Airtel support team to revoke Amazon Prime subscription amount from the bill but no action taken yet @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@kishenp @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Service engineers are judged by SLAs and perhaps performance linked to it too. Thats perhaps why it seems to matter more than Customer satisfaction. There should be a method to measure CSAT first.
