    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Very poor service. I did recharge of 479 Rs on 1st May fom Airtel app. Money deducted from my account but recharge did not happen. My outgoing service have also been disconnected. what kind of service is this?

    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ! This is the third time over last one week you promised restoration of services and as usual Failed ! Just because you were running an illegal network of cables the consumer is paying for your ***** ways of doing business.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Guys I made a shifting request fr my broadband from Blr to Cdg in November 22. Ur Customer care person told me 2 carry my modem to Cdg which I did but now ur guys r asking me to pay 3k n buy another modem which is foolish. Plz help me 🙏

    @airtelindia You might have so many customers but your service is very pathetic. No mind at all. You disconected my services twice and no resolution yet. Getting a new connection is easy then resolving an issue.

    @airtelindia lodged complaint of non working of WiFi on 7th and response received was to attend on 12th. Unable to digest, is this the service by a reputed concern with which I have been associated for the last about 20 yrs

    @airtelindia i have been using airtel extreme fiber from last month and getting on and off issues with that. I have told that it'll give 100 mbps speed but it's giving me between 10-20 mbps. And this issue not get resolved even after asked many times. Please have look.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Dear Airtel Customer Support, I am writing to request for assistance regarding my recent transition from a prepaid connection to a postpaid plan. I had an active prepaid plan worth ₹3,500, which was valid for 365 days. At the time of switching to the postpaid connection, a significant portion of this plan was still unused. My understanding was that the remaining value or benefits of the prepaid plan would be adjusted or transferred to my new postpaid account. However, I would like confirmation on whether this transfer has been processed. If not, I kindly request you to initiate the transfer or provide an appropriate adjustment of the remaining prepaid balance into my postpaid plan.

    @airtelindia can your services get any worse? Been more than 24 hours, Wi-Fi is down. And you have nicely closed the ticket saying it’s resolved. None of your engineers called/visited either. And there’s no update as to when it will get resolved.
