    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Guys I made a shifting request fr my broadband from Blr to Cdg in November 22. Ur Customer care person told me 2 carry my modem to Cdg which I did but now ur guys r asking me to pay 3k n buy another modem which is foolish. Plz help me 🙏

    @airtelindia what a poor experience, booked airtel fiber connections but during installation being told that installation is not free for 3 month advance rental. Heard it was working till yesterday and not offer expired.why it happened offer finished one day before .

    @airtelindia @airtelindia Almost 10 days of excuses and still no permanent fix. A 2-hour temporary restore isn’t a solution. We only stayed because your team promised this would be handled on priority after we requested disconnection. So where’s the priority? This is beyond frustrating.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews what a ridiculous mobile app - a request placed just disabled the sim card for 2 days. Such a pathetic & broken system. You ask the customer to switch from prepaid to postpaid and then you disable the network. Shame on you. And you ask about system design

    Dear @Airtel_Presence,@airtelindia It has been over one month since my Airtel broadband stopped working, and even now, no one has taken any action to resolve the issue. The delay is due to the copper-to-fiber migration, and for the last 40day there has been no progress.
