    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel gone to the dogs! Broadband not working.. Airtel Digital not working.. Customer care not available..& no response to complaint lodged expect a complaint number. Imagine tv not working for oldies at home during lockdown when they cannot go out.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia problem with the broadband and landline from last 10 days in Chandigarh. Raised complaint several times but no resolution. Users are senior citizens. Pathetic service.

    @airtelindia Rather resolve my concern given me the advice to use Airtel Thanks App, whereas nothing is useful inside the app. Neither has any option to, if your payment get stuck and not added to wallet nor customer care exective available to sort such issue. Continue 1/2

    Airtel harassment multiple billing saga continues @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia for #airtelonehome plan I have been issued 5 bills. Paid still services disconnected. Their system is absolute.They have not been able to resolve issue even on 62nd day, after 8 store visits.

    @airtelindia upgraded to Airtel one plan .Neither completely installed. Netflix not working .Speed around 20 mbps. Numerous Visit to stores,mails has not been enough to get them out of deep slumber.customer service does not exist in this company.@Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    Harrasment non existent customer services @Airtel_Presence I am suffering because I upgraded to Airtel one plan on 8th may. 8 visits to stores. 59 days, 36 days on social media #problem @airtelindia still unresolved. After you made me pay for ONE AIRTEL PLAN on one mobile number

    One of the worst experience i have ever got from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Even their twitter handles are good for nothing! no one bothers to listen to your query and you will get calls n number of times assuring that services will work but that is just another mode of

    @airtelindia This is so frustrating, everytime I need any help, on 121 I cant reach to customer executive, only IVR. Sent an email also 2 days before but no reply. Very poor customer service. Please call me ASAP at my number(check your inbox)

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia When the IVR options on support number don’t work, why put them there. There has been no action on a service request I raised on 14th May. Not even a phone call. Moving to @reliancejio for sure this time.

    @airtelindia I opted for Airtel Black & team is unable to activate DTH in 2 days!!! And you don't ask abt mobile network!! Evidencing that Airtel is dying slowly for sure! RIP. Proofs are available!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence We are experiencing the same bad internet connectivity issue which was resolved by your engineer last week. I contacted the same engineer 2 days ago who resolved the issue, but till now he has not turned up. Request to do needful. Thank you.

    @airtelindia Hi Team, My mother is having Airtel number and she is facing network issue from last 2-3 months. We tried to reach local Airtel Office and they suggested to get the sim replaced but still she is experiencing the same issue. Can you please have a look asap.
