    @airtelindia Rather resolve my concern given me the advice to use Airtel Thanks App, whereas nothing is useful inside the app. Neither has any option to, if your payment get stuck and not added to wallet nor customer care exective available to sort such issue. Continue 1/2

    @airtelindia it's been two days my airtel fibre line is not working. Marked complaint however no resolution yet. I can understand that there might be delay because of lockdown, however even I need to work from home. Please do the needful.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia When the IVR options on support number don’t work, why put them there. There has been no action on a service request I raised on 14th May. Not even a phone call. Moving to @reliancejio for sure this time.

    @airtelindia I've recharged for Rs1498 on airtelapp after I got message to recharge. But my sim doesnt have service yet, and I cant get in touch with your executives. Paise leke phone na utana kaam na karna is the definition of scam 😡🤬😠
