    @airtelindia very disappointed to see that company has not enough engineers to resolve the complaints regarding broadband connections. I registered complaint today about no Internet, but company will send engineer tomorrow. 😡😡😡😡

    @airtelindia You might have so many customers but your service is very pathetic. No mind at all. You disconected my services twice and no resolution yet. Getting a new connection is easy then resolving an issue.

    @airtelindia Great app / service. I can pay for using the SIM in USA but I cannot use the SIM to call. Try the customer service on the app - looks into "Pls share alternate number".. If you don't get support via chatbots.. don't have one!

    @airtelindia My mothers sim has gone corrupt and isn't showing network. She is 82years and moves on wheel chair only.. I went for a sim replacement for her nos m being asked to get her along .. isnt it insensitive?
