    @airtel_presence the worst network company of India whose customer care employees doesn’t care of there customers they can’t even solve our queries as-well talking so roughly with there customers I only can say @airtelindia who talking about 5G couldn’t solve there 4G connection

    @airtelindia You might have so many customers but your service is very pathetic. No mind at all. You disconected my services twice and no resolution yet. Getting a new connection is easy then resolving an issue.

    @luckyankit @airtelindia Phone showing 5G is ULI issue currently only samsung shows different icons for 5G rest all UI will show 5G in status bar whether you are connected to 5G or not. Samsung will show black background when connected to 5G and white background when not connected to 5G.

    @Airtel_Presence As checked, Airtel Services are down in your area. The expected time for this to be resolved is 21/4/2026 1:00:00 PM “Once again, your promised service restoration timeline has been missed. Internet is still down and my complaint isn’t even being registered. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI Complaint registered (Ref: C5AGD3CHN20260421068045), but resolution given is 06 May. This issue has already occurred 3 times. Unlimited 5G stops working and 4G data gets deducted even on 5G. Need urgent and permanent fix, not delays.

    No response yet from @airtelindia I’ve been informed my router may be recovered due to inactivity, despite being told earlier that I can reactivate anytime. I am currently away but will be returning next month and intend to continue using the service. @TRAI @DoT_India

    What is wrong with @airtelindia ??? No apps are working on my Airtel Data since yesterday. Even basic apps like Uber, X, Zomato and websites won’t load. And the customer representatives are useless!

    Hey the update from @airtelindia @airtelcare is that I have to stick with my complaint and wait till 3rd may which is really crazy , I have to wait for 2 weeks for the bill which I have paid and not getting the service, as soon as I am back home I'll end the family plan !!!!!
