    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Wifi and DTH reinstallation request was raised 5 days back. Despite multiple customer care requests, the issue hasn't been resolved yet. We are Airtel Black members and this kind of service is really not expected from a brand like Airtel.

    Every month i get a call from customer care that they will cancel the connection after the bill is paid.from past three months ,they have been telling me this.I,going by morals have been diligent and didnt make any scene out of it. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia my broadband hasn't been working for the past three days. I was expecting a service engineer to turn up today, but the one who was assigned is out sick. Isn't this something that you should've known beforehand? Will I have to wait for another day?

    @nikhilAKAsunny @airtelindia The issue is this. Looks like they have outsourced the maintenance to locals vendors and there is no coordination and they are also not trained. Two days back an engineer came in sleeveless and shorts and I asked for ID and he didn’t have. This is also a security risk. Useless.
