    @airtelindia Submitted my Airtel Xtreme broadband connection shifting request 2 days back, your executive promised me that the whole process will take 24 hrs only . It 3rd day still no one visited previous address for shifting purpose. Pathetic service 🙄 @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia, while u are endorsing 5G @ Huge scale, please improve the 4G first. I am facing issues with call quality and Internet speed. Both are pathetic. Already Logged complaints twice but still no improvement. #Airtel4Gisdead #airtel5gplus👎👎

    1/ Applied for Airtel Wi-Fi shifting on 6 May 2026. Today is 18 May and the shifting is still pending. Repeated calls to customer care but no proper response or resolution. Very disappointing service from @Airtel_Presence. @airtelindia

    @jagograhakjago @airtelindia @cpgrams Airtel has illegally blocked my outgoing call and sms on my sim with active valid recharge due to non completion of KYC even though the deadline for KYC is 8th June. This denial of service even after me paying stops me from even porting out.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Airtel’s customer care is a complete joke. An issue with internet was raised 4 days ago. Resolution was promised in 24hours, then additional 24 hrs then another 24 hrs ultimately they marked my ticket complete without even a hint.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia day 29 .issue is still not resolved. Your engineer visited today and closed the request, but I am still facing the same problem. Please reopen the request and resolve it within 24 hours. If not then, open new request for stop the connection.
