@airtelindia worst customer service ever. I raised a complaint for internet connection issues on 23rd SR# 10041304150, it still remains unresolved after several follow-ups. I don't have access to internet for more than a week. I don't even receive an acknowledgement for emails.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Just got a call from one of your representative. EVEN AFTER A CALL FROM HIM, STILL GETTING SAME RESPONSE “ OUR TEAM WILL GET BACK IN 24HR TIME” It is almost 3 times where I took leave for installation which was never happened.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews why are you charging me twice the plan amount when I already changed to family plan. Writing to ur nodal, going to ur stores, talking to ur customer care didn’t help. Either resolve this or I am moving out from airtel with all 4 numbers

@airtelindia what is the kind of service you guys are providing, from 5 days my broadband is not working and I am continously getting a message that you have assigned 1 engineer which never comes . I will not continue with this type of service please refund my amount.
