@airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence My elderly mother's phone sim, part of my bro's 3-number contract, not working. Mohali branch wants him to come from London for the replacement sim..really? All her utility services are set with that number. Customer service indifferent and rude.

.@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia worst service I've ever had.Paid the deposit for a mesh connection.Technicians have visited 4 times but have not completed a simple installation.Only Airtel people calling are asking me to close the case without the installation being complete!!

@NitinTh53144654 @airtelindia Airtel employees are hardly prompt in action to resolve issue but in text reply very strong. Unable to understand the job functioning of higher authorities bcoz of this jio is capturing the market share. Last 15 years having the Airtel number but now network is issue.

@airtelindia How many times a week your service gets interrupted? Have you ever extended your service beyond the billing date if not paid? Will you extend the service to compensate the lost hours? Then why customer alone should face the interruption and money waste at same time?

@airtelindia Broadband service is Super Pathetic I have been suffering from Sunday not my service provider not customer care are fixing my issues just saying give us time till evening. I have WFH job just becoz of u guys i may lose my job. @reliancejio would've been better choice
