    @airtelindia @airtelnews Today again I got a SMS about "wifi issue affecting your area" and wifi stops working for 5-6 hours. Who is responsible for the downtime and the money for that downtime. This is 2nd day it happened. @jagograhakjago

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @jagograhakjago What kind of Cheating is this. For the last 1 year , there was no such issue. And now when the usage is getting a bit longer , this message is given with no option to log the call in Airtel Thanks app. It's a clear instance of cheating to us.

    @gharkekalesh @airtelindia JioFiber has the same issue no proper resolution. They sell the service, but there is no adequate support afterward. I am on a 30 Mbps plan, but I only get 10–14 Mbps, and sometimes the speed drops as low as 4 Mbps

    why should I wait up to 4 days for my service to be restored? If I lose 4 days of service due to this issue, will Airtel extend my subscription by 4 additional days next month? Kindly clarify and resolve this at the earliest. @ #AirtelXtreme #AirtelDTH @airtelindia

    @airtelindia need your help! A sales executive for Airtel wifi who insisted transferring money to him to pay Installation charges, offered no help, realised wifi is not available in our area and then cancelled. Now he is not returning the refund!
