Active (@Activebingo) reported@airtelindia created problems twice...when i was abroad. Airtel wanted me to cancel it before dept. I was billed and there was no way to cancel by emails/calls. The absurd systems shd be cut short. And no payment or billing shd be by default...the co shd clarify and then bill❗

Yet the request continues to sit in the system as “Installation In Progress.” This is simply making the customer chase Airtel for something that should have been closed days ago.
