My airtel Wi-Fi stopped working day before yesterday. I logged a ticket through app the following morning @ 8 am and the service engineer was at door step by 11 am, replaced the modem and ensured it is working fine all at free of cost. Thank you @airtelindia super smooth service

I am a postpaid #airtelindia customer. I was at Doha airport recently and airtel added international roaming without my consent and charged Rs 649 and refused to roll it back. My plan is Rs999 per month. Now I am switching to prepaid and pay Rs 5000 max per year. What a loss.

@MohitRe43788261 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Good luck Mohit. Once you sign up, you are bonded to airtel like slaves. They won't let you cancel your service. I am begging them to cancel my lines for months now. They will message you after bill is sent. Ask you pay to close. You pay and they don't close.
