@airtelindia I'm unable to make a call or access internet from my office area for last 2 months. Even all incoming calls are getting dropped within 10 seconds. Raised this issue several time but not resolved. Yesterday raised complaint with reference no. 31-3556257745882.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Ticket# 127375332 CustomerID 012046271387_dsl No net since morning. Solution by engg. is to downgrade the plan due to copper wiring issue. Do you have any other solution - as instead of downgrading speed, I would rather change service provider.

@airtelindia I am planing to port my jio number to airtel because at my place unresolved network issue of jio and jio said thst due to high number of usage they are unable to resolve this issue on immediate basis.

From 29 Jan your network is not working properly. And From Yesterday,Even I am unable to make a Call and Using data. Not Single Point of network is showing in my Mobile. I have complained but there is no Response by you. Plz resolve my problem asap. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
