We would request you to follow the below settings in the handset for Airtel SIM 1. Flight/Aeroplane mode should be disabled. 2. SIM should be Enabled from handset. 3. Select Network Type as Auto (2G/3G/4G) 4. Select Network/Carrier Manually as Airtel 2G/Airtel 4G. If the issue persists: 1. Reinsert the SIM card (for USIM/Normal SIM). 2. Restart the handset. I immediately informed the local bank branch in writing to remove my number & emailed their customer care. It is a common recycling issue, but quick reporting protects your identity!
