  Dear @airtelindia.. why do you have to scam your customers who hv been with you for over 15 years now???? My plan says it's included Amazon prime for 6 months. Why hv i been charged for the subscription for a year?? And especially when I hv not asked for the subscription. I hv a lot of offerings in my #Airtelblack plan that I have not claimed. Why are u charging me for this? And if you say #Airtelblack is a premium service, at least allow your customers to reach an agent. Your bots are ******* dumb asses.   @J_D_Karshala @airtelindia Absolutely. I have wasted hours calling 121/198, I couldn't recach their customer personal even once. It's horrible only the robot keeps talking same recording. It's truly pathetic!

  @ananay_kau90117 @Airtel_Presence Hi, I am also experiencing the same issue for the second time. This is an illegal attempt to bill us for additional months. I think there is cause to prepare a class action suit against @airtelindia for fraudulent behaviour that is in violation of TRAI guidelines

  Dear @airtelindia fed up with weak network, no internet on AirWiFi,No proper network either. Issue every weekend (Fri–Mon) for past month. Just false promises that an engineer will visit,no one comes. Same issue again today. Useless service. Might port to #JioAirFiber
