    @JM_Scindia @airtelindia The bigger problem is competition. If one operator raises prices or removes affordable plans, consumers should be able to move to another. But when reliance follows a similar direction, where exactly is the consumer supposed to go?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence There is no proper option to speak to customer care, and there is no billing relief for the period when your service remains unavailable. If the connection is not working for 24 hours, why should customers pay the full bill for a service they did not receive?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence (2/3) To make matters worse, customer care claims the issue has been "escalated," not a single representative has reached out with an update. Is this how @Airtel_Presence treats new customers right at the start? Clean up this mess and either complete the installation or refund.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It’s been 24+ hours with no resolution. I’m done with this service and will be switching to @JioCare Please refund the amount for the downtime and process my disconnection. Worst service!
