    I don’t know why @airtelindia is not getting the hate it actually deserves. It’s 5G never works and I am totally depended on office and local wifi provider at home. The moment I use airtel it’s ****** up and never works. It’s rates are skyrocketing but servic is worst then bsnl

    @airtelindia Utter disappointing service.... had booked re installation request on 23rd ... and today its 25th and its not done yet..ur regional manager sent a guy with no wire who said will come bk n never returned or answered calls...ridiculous how he even became mgr.. 997741

    @airtelindia 13 days since I raised the request to shift airtel fibre wifi connection. Till now no response. Called customer care everyday and they keep raising requests, escalate but nothing works. Pathetic! If I don't get the connection shifted today I am going to deactivate

    @airtelindia I have not witnessed other service providers engage in fraudulent practices, specifically raising bills after service disconnection. This is unacceptable and disrespectful to loyal customers. I am considering filing a complaint with the consumer court.

    @airtelindia Not up to the mark services. Showing 5G Network in mobile and charging from 4G data. And Network switch not showing. Using 4G data but in mobile showing 5G network. Making customers fool.

    Paying for 4G, getting 2G — that’s @airtelindia. 3 months, weak signal, unusable internet all day, calls not working — but complaints magically “resolved”. If this isn’t service failure, what is? 48 hours or escalating to TRAI + consumer court.
