Hello Airtel, I have witnessed such a bad customer service experience from you @airtelindia. My broadband is not working since last 4 days and you haven't done anything to resolve it. I have registered a complaint also still you are not responding. Please resolve it ASAP.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence recharge with smart pack 79 INR is not working. I have done many times but it failed. And I registered a complaint regarding this but problem is still stands. Worst network worst service. Switch to Jio.@TRAI do some audit at airtel

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Later yesterday I received an SMS saying - "Hi, Service Request no. 137714206 registered for your Airtel Xstream Fiber ID ****** has been resolved...... I checked my landline it is still active. SO, what is it that was resolved?

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence So, Ms Shivani called up to resolve this. And I was shocked to hear that my request for disconnection was closed by reporting it as a 'network issue'... WHO closed it? Really not a good way for Airtel to work.
