@airtelindia I’m following up on a complaint for the last 10 days. Visit to the store, calls to customer care or tweets did not help. Every time I call, I’m promised a call back. But the issue still exists. I was promised a call back yesterday but did not receive any.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Pathetic, worst and irresponsible staff of Airtel wifi. They are good for taking advance money only for the wifi installation and after that no update and false commitments. Worst, u also have to wait a couple of days for the refund.
