    In the town of Achhalda-206241 (Auraiya district,UP),the Airtel network has been completely unavailable for the past 2 hours.phones are showing only "Emergency Calls" mode. No information is being provided by Airtel. @airtelindia @airtelnews @bhartiairtelfdn

    @airtelindia To be honest, if youโ€™re unable to fix this issue, please let me know clearly. I will switch to another network. I cannot continue spending โ‚น49 every day just to use unlimited data when I have already paid for an โ‚น838 5G Unlimited plan. @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia dont want to communicate in inbox. Lets keep everything publicly I have already restart my device and still facing same issue every time getting same msg from you to restart the device but everytime I am facing same issue. Just let me know will you able to fix it?

    don't force me switch to jio guys @airtelindia in last one month there are multiple internet outages lasting for more than a day many times in my airtel fiber connection resolution is very slow and the work is not done on timeline you say will be back in one hour, and there's no update for like 6 hours same today, no idea when it will come back

    @Manik_M_Jolly @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Around 3years ago they outsourced their support services to some 3rd party after that there was steep downfall in quality of services. I had to put 15+ years old connection and go for JIO

    @airtelindia it's been over a week since I ordered a Wi-Fi Router UPS, and I still haven't received it. The delay is disappointing, and the customer service experience has been equally frustrating with no proper update or resolution. Kindly get this delivered by EOD or refund.

    Please help Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I recharged with an eligible 5G unlimited pack, but my 4G data daily limit is still being deducted. 5G is active on my phone but unlimited data isn't working @airtel Please help don't do fraud from your customers
