Instead of focussing on service quality they are indulging in such junk. Since last 5 years they are not able to fix one small issue of signal strength in our area.

SMS sending service is generic. it cannot have info for all millions of users[ Think of the scale]. also would be a privacy breach. A single app on your device can track private data though.
