@airtelindia such pathetic service from Airtel with regards to shifting of broadband..placed request on 28 April and still awaiting for installation of broadband. False commitments were made by supervisor desk and escalation teams. Non responsive Area Managers and Technicians.

I am really frustated by pathetic customer service by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I raised a complaint about shifting my broadband connection in the same building to a different office. I raised a request 2 days before so that, escalated it twice.

Request @reliancejio @airtelindia to pls. Extend your network, no responsible service provider is available in our area and only because of this we have to go with such poor service providers.
