  @airtelindia @airtelindia My Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting. Support fixes it temporarily, but the same issue returns after a few hours. Please fix the root cause, not just run another diagnostic. If you can’t resolve it, let me know so I can switch providers. #BheedMeinBhiSpeed 🙄

  @airtelindia If I’m getting barely half the promised speed, should I also pay half the bill? Please investigate and resolve this. I have speed-test screenshots/videos as proof. If this isn’t resolved, I’ll raise an official complaint with all the evidence.

  Extremely disappointed with @airtelindia. Internet went down 2 days ago and AGAIN today. Frequent outages have become routine. Paying full bills for such unreliable service is unacceptable. Need a permanent fix, not temporary restoration. #Airtel

  I have been using Airtel postpaid for almost 9 years but suddenly my SIM stopped working.I bought the new SIM but now the internet stopped working on my mobile. No resolution for the problem, not even being able to port out. @airtelindia

  Disgusted with @airtelindia! Ticket 11037879005 (Aug 14) unresolved. CC Manager Sandeep Kumar gave lame voltage excuses, refused service, & threatened me on refund/cancellation. Zero customer respect. Fix my broadband ASAP & take action against Sandeep! #AirtelIndia #AirtelDown

  @airtelindia The services have been pathetic in last 3 months...calls issues...disturbance, internet issue...I raised a request to fix it...a ticket was raised and was closed stating issue resolved...nobody bothered to check with me

  Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I switched from prepaid to postpaid plan. 699+gst I am unable to add family member number ,i went to airtel store and they took otp but he was supposed to visit home for kyc but not responding now How pathetic service you have .
