Abhisek Mohapatra (@Mohapatra1996) reported@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I switched to Airtel Postpaid for better service and internet quality, but at my location even the 4G network doesn't work properly. Forget about 5G,So what's the point of using a postpaid connection? porting to Jio seems like a better option.

KK 🦇 (@humhainmushtaq) reported@boomzy1231 I am facing weak network issue with @airtelindia. It seems a deliberate attempt to harass customers. When I tried to reach out to the customer care, they are charging for every second. That means you have to purchase talk time separately.

Manish Singh (@manishmips28) reported@airtelindia I raised a complaint this afternoon because my Wi-Fi is not working, but there is no way to speak to a human. Your chatbot is only offering an appointment on 30th July. I work from home, and this kind of delay is completely unacceptable. #CustomerService #WiFi

Mukesh Shera (@sheramike) reported@airtelindia You are a ripoff. 6 mnth & numerous calls is a lot of time to really look in an issue. 6 months of priority payment & lowest of services talks volume abt your commitment to not pay attention. From last 6 months, I am getting less than 10mbps speed on a 100mbps plan.
