  Dear @airtelindia Did a #DTH recharge for A/C 3016210266-001 with plan "odia ultimate plus hindi 6M" valued ₹2061. I checked after recharge found plan to be "odia ultimate plus hindi 1M" active which is ₹420 and showing 150 days validity. Please fix @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia no customer support working,no option to connect to them, even when they connect to you make a fool out of me and then disconnect the call as per their will, you keep calling, support will not pick the call, do you want your customer to grow or should I switch to Jio

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia u r the worst service provider.. wifi got down yesterday it is 24+ hrs but no response from any one, even customer care call not connecting.. #fraud #worst .. every alternate day there is outage what a pathetic service.. @jagograhakjago

  @TRAI @JM_Scindia I literally have no way to cancel @airtelindia plans even after begging them for a month now. The IVR call doesn't work, I can't cancel on the app, airtel customer service on X doesn't help, and they keep billing me. There's no way I can cancel fiber plans.

  @airtelindia I have unlimited 5G on my phone's SIM card, but since the last 4 days, whenever I use the internet, my 4G data gets exhausted and after it gets exhausted, 5G is not working. This problem is happening since last 4 days, my pincode :- 80006 patna bihar rajendranagar

  @airtelindia I am facing worst experience from last 3 4 months on Airtel..very pathetic experience.. always call drops.. not clear voice..very poor service in Kopargaon region of Ahillyanagar district in Maharashtra.. Don't know what's the issue but very very unhappy
