    This is the Nalasopara West branch of Airtel, and the standing individual is also Airtel staff without a uniform or ID card both display arrogance and will treat you as if you are requesting a favour. @airtelindia i want strict action on both of them and @airtelindia why is AIRTEL FIBER not available still in Vasai- Virar yet in 2026 ? @Airtel_Presence

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia raised 4 5 tickets with 0 resolve. 🛑 ​My phone samsung S26 gets Unlimited 5G everywhere in Gurugram, Local tower is failing to route 5G data traffic depleting daily 4G quota. 198 customer service keeps closing tickets without resolving.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My internet is down for last 2 days and after raising a complaint airtel is just providing a new SLA every time. What a shame! Such a poor and pathetic customer service. This internet outage is hampering to fulfill my professional commitments.

SR 1103758290 was marked “RESOLVED” without any engineer visit or actual resolution. Customer Care again told me today that the issue was fixed from the backend, but my Airtel Black indicator is still RED. I’m attaching a live video as proof. I need an actual technical resolution, not another backend update or false complaint closure. Please urgently intervene, arrange an engineer visit and restore my service. If Airtel cannot resolve the issue, please clearly confirm so I can move to another provider. SR: 1103758290 | Gurugram 122102

    @airtelindia i have recharged my number today morning and upto now i am unable to make calls and use internet services. I visited airtel store they are also helpless . Such a worst telecom network service. It is showing successful recharge but unable to use how bad .

    In Delhi, Airtel’s network is extremely poor. Neither calling nor the internet works properly. Forget about 5G—even 4G isn’t working properly. Despite spending so much money, these greedy, exploitative companies provide hardly any service to their customers. @airtelindia
