@airtelindia am an user of airtel postpaid am getting worst service in the area(Tenali)which a prime town in Andhra Pradesh,I have made several requests before also but there is no change in the connection speeds(indoor/outdoor) never expected this from airtel

Forgot to say I am eagerly waiting to work as a volunteer in porting all #jiousers in my area to other network users and at least they will be happier and won't suffer for more than six months just like me @JioCare #willtryairtel @airtelindia any assurances for our area

@jvbakshi @excitel_rocks @airtelindia Right, actual performance is never anywhere near the claims. Check if your wire to the home is all fibre? If not ask them to change it and check yr modem/router as well. What surprises me though is with fibre too, my Excitel service remains pretty erratic & Airtel is more stable.
