    @airtelindia pathetic wifi internet service. The wireless modem is down atleast once a month. Time to resolution is bad, No technical support despite multiple calls to your call center.

    I had paid wifi booking amount. No installation since 7 days, engineers are telling they are cancelling as already not serviceable. Still no cancellation. Customer care isn't helping either on call. Tried DM to this account, no one is responding. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I was told my area is “blocked”, but Airtel connections work in my society. I was also advised to close my existing connection and take a new one instead of fixing the issue. Please investigate this and provide a proper resolution.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am currently experiencing an issue with my WiFi connection and would appreciate priority assistance. I am unable to separate my network into two distinct 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands.

    @AirtelIndia @airtelnews What kind of joke is this? No signal at all, then it comes for 2 minutes, then gone again. Calls don't even go through sometimes. We pay for 5G every month but get 0G service. Fix it immediately or I'm porting my number Dharpally nizamabad 503165

    @airtelindia what an absolute waste of a service. I tried to stop flash messages (Class 0) messages as it is not letting me authenticate some apps which require no screen refresh. I could not do it from your service menu. Tried contacting customer care. They were unable to guide me too even after repeatedly asking to help me out as I am not able to do it from my end on an iPhone. I think now I will have to port my number.
