    @airtelindia am an user of airtel postpaid am getting worst service in the area(Tenali)which a prime town in Andhra Pradesh,I have made several requests before also but there is no change in the connection speeds(indoor/outdoor) never expected this from airtel

    Forgot to say I am eagerly waiting to work as a volunteer in porting all #jiousers in my area to other network users and at least they will be happier and won't suffer for more than six months just like me @JioCare #willtryairtel @airtelindia any assurances for our area

    @airtelindia Hey I'm unable to use my mobile data for the last 7 days please solve this issue . I'm not knowing wat happened to this network.pleasr solve the issue. Otherwise I would like to change to other mobil networks.

    @airtelindia airtel not working - check No way to reach customer care - check Account not showing on the airtel app - check... So take money and not provide - check.. airtel service and customer management is really a piece of work.

    Dear @airtelindia I am using your broadband service and I can't open EBILL you provide as there is no password. I used to get the PW on mail even that has stopped. Your Airtel store was helpless, they had no clue on the problem. How do you expect me to pay the bill?

    @airtelindia applied for the airtel black subscription got the kyc done for the fiber and postpaid connection and now the engineers refused to install the connection at my location worst service airtel , and giving me useless reasons

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I regret being your customer. Till now my issue is not solved. You guys keep messaging me to visit the Airtel store and they are of no use like you guys.I would suggest others not to use Airtel. I regret using Airtel you guys please don't use it.

    @airtelindia Please employ Quality people at support. Same person calls again after 30 mins of the first call (wherein the issue is discussed and explained to her for a few minutes), and asks if she has spoken to us, and then says will revert on email. #customerexperience
