    @airtelindia Despite updating DTH packs, and paying for it, unable to watch qny channels. Customer care systems are either down, or busy to attend calls. What the hell am I supposed to do.. Keep paying for a blank screen. Sic!!

    @airtelindia placed order for new broadband on Saturday and paid money via receipt CAF 11306983. Now team says connection not possible and we used to have Airtel broadband from past 10 years. Horrible experience.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my STB No. 3023891399-001 And registered Contact No. 9818004625 I requested you arrange the technician for the channel activation proper because now complete channels not working in my TV. resolve the problem as soon as earlier @airtelindia

U will again post & a new person would again reply with same copy paste 4. Better switch to other network 5. I challenged them 1monty ago 4 ntwrk test & they failed @DoT_India
