    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I filed a complaint on Friday for the broadband and they promised that it will be fixed by 7 pm, it’s Sunday now, there is no callback or follow up NEVER TAKE THE AIRTEL SERVICES IT SUCKS!!

    @airtelindia network issue raised 3 days before in New Palam Vihar GGN but i still receive that it will take 15 days to get resolution or a single call back discussing the issue details. **15days is a huge timeline** for waiting to get internet working!!

    @airtelindia Now airtel means telling in air, miles away from network. Fail in providing 4g and 5g network. They close the complaints without proper resolution and use to say that happy to help you. Facing third class quality network.

    @airtelindia No point in just keep on launching plans / packages etc. Over Cost reduction is a Curse in Telecom. Airtel has gone to extreme. Offer Good Quality Broadband Modem and Cables first to support high quality signals that don't break or pulse doesn't goes down.Continuous!

    I am literally fed up with you idiotic and unprofessional customer support. I am complaining from 3rd December that my @airtelindia postpaid internet is not working. This is really frustrating as a postpaid user as you advertise for priority support. @Airtel_Presence

    after repetitive complains over same issue in a week to @airtelindia they took repetitive rounds just to understand my issue. After recent changes in modem Airtel switches remote management by deault enforcing without option to disable it at your end

    @airtelindia worst shifting service ever. Even after raising the request a week in advance no service provider came for setup in the new location. Called Customer Support 10 times, very incompetent. A delay of 48 hours from the scheduled time. Will shift to @reliancejio
