@airtelindia i have raised atleast 15 requests for a plan change of broadband on the airtel thanks app. Plan has still not been changed nor have i received any request number via sms.There is no way to reach out to customer service on IVR. Is this a joke of your reliable service

@airtelindia Constant link drops with 01193993318_dsl connection. Since April, every month the link drops post the 20th. The local team is not helpful and is only concerned with the “happy code”. They close the complaint without resolving the issue. Same story for May and June.

@airtelindia There's no one to listen to your issues in Airtel whether mobile or broadband. Their App is also of no help. It has specified functions only. Just pay your bills and there's no one to attend to your complaints and queries. Bad experience.👎
