    I ported my no from Airtel to jio with all dues cleared now after 3 months my service have been barred jio says there is an outdoor 27k with Airtel and Airtel says there is no dues @airtelindia @JioCare @reliancejio

    @airtelindia @TRAI @DoT_India My question from Airtel is that although your recharge amount is already increased by ₹ 200 in prepaid 84 days plan from ₹ 399 to ₹ 599. So request you should atleast provide 2G network speed after daily limit of 1.2 GB is exhaust,for recharge.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I wish I can chose #jiofibre services throughout as they are much more efficient and customer friendly. BHARTI AIRTEL is only to make money and nothing much. They have nothing to do with complaint from customer. Let the customer pay and SUFFER

    Part1: Is this how AI will help us by cutting all options to talk to a human customer care executive @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ? I was having call dropping issues so the only solution airtel store has is issue a new sim (and charge Rs.50 stating that sim quality is not great)
