    @airtelindia network issue raised 3 days before in New Palam Vihar GGN but i still receive that it will take 15 days to get resolution or a single call back discussing the issue details. **15days is a huge timeline** for waiting to get internet working!!

    @airtelindia Change your staffs approch @Airtel_Presence Airtel store. Time is precious for a customer and behaviour change sessions required for your staffs. Facing harrasment from your staffs in changing ownership since two months. My documents are not being returned to me.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Today in deciding to port my 10 airtel number after the worst customer service. Before resolving the complaint the customer person wants to close it. They even don't know how to talk with customers, call drop n no Internet.

    @airtelindia Guys why did u bid for 5G when u can't handle 4G and ur broadband ??? Pathetic service all across from the country's largest Telecom Company. Out of 7 days in a week 4 days broadband doesn't work. Wake and Shake urself up or **** down this Sham. Phew !!!

    Despite 100s of calls to the customer care and assurance received yesterday that it wont happen, @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence has still auto-renewed my Amazon Prime subscription. This is surely been done on purpose to loot the customers. Please avoid using airtel guys. #airtel

    @airtelindia I booked xtreme fiber on 17th Oct. 2022 , i submit my all document ur customer service executive "Ketan" They Called me "sir aaj shyam tak aapka net lag jaega " then i called on 19th Oct they they said "sir aaj lag jaega " now is 20th oct i called her and (1/2)

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi Airtel , kindly help. My father went to the Airtel store who is in home town Kanpur (UP), He has an Airtel Postpaid number. He was facing network issues. But instead of supporting him with a new sim card , your store deactivated his number.

    @airtelindia I had an international recharge done and landed in NewYork USA.... No range at all... Very very worst @airtelindia @airtelnews Fortunately got the range after 5 days in Charlotte..... But back again on NewYork... No range... Fed up. Please check up your network

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Airtel Broadband has been down for 8 days. SR: 11035222833 | Wi-Fi ID: 05654000274. The complaint is rescheduled repeatedly, engineers never visit or answer calls. Please restore the connection immediately and adjust my bill for the downtime.

    Biggest mistake I have done was taking a 1GB data loan from @airtelindia , recharged 33₹x3, and as per instructions from @Airtel_Presence recharged 22₹ but still these guys didn't recovered that 1GB data loan. Can somebody tell me how I lodge a complaint on them??

    @AirtelIndia Your service is absolutely pathetic. I'm mentally exhausted by repeated billing issues, false commitments, poor customer support, and constant service failures. My personal life has been badly affected. I want to disconnect all my Airtel services immediately. Worst
