    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am using Airtel Broadband copper connection since 2020 march, it's terrible, i barely get 1-2 MBPS Upload & 3-4 MBPS download. i can either do downloading or uploading at a time. Please upgrade my services to Fiber or i need to use jio fiber ?

    @airtelindia @Airtel Also you have left no stones unturned in harassing your customers. We are never able to connect to customer care executives to describe our issues. The IVR make us go round and round without taking us to the executives.

    @airtelindia How to get eSIM? Your Pune store told me to call on 121 for email registration but there is no option to select from. Please help it's really annoying? I don't know what to do? Why can't it be done from your Stores directly? else I will switch to JIO.
