  @Airtel_Presence Nice copy-paste reply, @airtelindia, but it doesn't address my issue. I'm not travelling—I'm always at home, your 5G Unlimited doesn't work. But when I buy a ₹49 data pack, I get high-speed internet in the same location. Explain this and stop sending generic replies.

  Missing #Airtel Wi-Fi recharge by 1 day shouldn’t feel like missing EMI. Reminder calls sound like loan recovery, not support. Asking “recharge today, tomorrow or day after?” is aggressive. Simple reminder enough. Rethink CX. @airtelindia

  @airtelindia I want to lodge a serious complaint against one of your executives. He informed me that my Airtel Fiber installation could not proceed due to building management permission issues and assured me the order would be cancelled and my refund processed.
