    Day 20, cellular services not fixed in Paramount, ToliChowki, Hyderabad & no effort from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence to fix the same. It's been months since service is horrible, it's only that it's brought to your notice 20 days back.

    @airtelindia Your callcenter IVR is of no use if it cannot pass IVR language selected & number entered to ur contact center, even after selecting pref lang call is answered in different language. You levy service activation charges without informing & taking customer OK.

    @airtelindia Such a fraudulent service, Have designed their appellate phone IVR to disconnect the customer's phone call no matter what option one selects. No complaints registered by any customer thru appellate team and all my complaint closed without my consent , frauds
