    @airtelindia Pathetic service, please advise on cancellation process. Your cust service number does not respond. The IVR Just hangs up on us once we enter our airtel number. The app is worst, you cannot do anything more than paying bills. Doesn't even allow one to log a complaint.

    I have surrendered my airtel broadband connection in the July 2021. Inspite of multiple follow ups with their customer care ( service request no - 133556268 ) I haven’t received the refund till date. Will I ever get the refund @airtelindia ?

    @airtelindia my internet connection and landline is not working for over 5 days. Cald customer support and was told the problm vl be solved within 24 hours. The executive came aftr 2 days and told it will be solved within 1 hour and tht did not hapn..contd.
