    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i have raised ticket vide 10093006162 on 20th october, but request got closed six time without resolving issue/my consent. I am not able to understand how request is getting closed without resolving issue that too six time Very pathetic service.

    @DoT_India I have been trying to place complaint on @airtelindia but neither their app let u place complaint nor their helpline 121 or 198. and they claim to be complaint free cause you cant place a complaint.. @Airtel_Presence are u listening

    @CRED_club I did my prepaid @airtelindia mobile recharge today using #cred app for the first time.Its been more than 5 hours, till now it has not been processed. On App there is no option to raise a complain on this issue.I request @CRED_club to process my recharge asap.
