    We have 4 postpaid mobile connections, 2 broadband connections, and 1 TV connection, all with Airtel. We hardly use mobile data because we are almost always connected to Wi-Fi. However, when we travel or in an emergency, I occasionally use my mobile hotspot to connect my laptop, and it is extremely useful. Removing this option is unreasonable, and if it is discontinued, we will have no choice but to port all our connections out of Airtel. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Iโ€™ve Postpaid cstmr since 2014, Iโ€™ve been facing network issues almost frm very beginning.Ovr da last 6โ€“7yr, da situation has only gotten worse,wid frequent connectivity problms & no permanent resolution despite repeated complaints.#Airtel #Network

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Absolutely pathetic service from Airtel. I booked an Airtel Digital TV connection, completed the required payment/recharge, and was promised installation on 16 July 2026 (5 PMโ€“7 PM). No engineer showed up.

    @airtelindia it's been over a week since I ordered a Wi-Fi Router UPS, and I still haven't received it. The delay is disappointing, and the customer service experience has been equally frustrating with no proper update or resolution. Kindly get this delivered by EOD or refund.

    @airtelindia started cheating,my modem was not working it was replaced by used modem. During this process I spoke to customer care for charges asked by service engineer that time I was assured no charges but now it's billed. Wake up stop such fraudulent activities.

    @airtelindia @TheSunilMittal Extremely disappointed with the services of Airtel Extreme Fiber Wifi. Internet is not working since 15 days and service engineers are denying to resolve it. This is simply unacceptable and will be reported to @jagograhakjago

    @airtelindia Not able to receive or make calls from last 4 days. When I raised a ticket resolution is expected by Aug 1st!! Is it a joke? No way to speak to CC on 198 and 121. What kind of service is this? Almost 400+ are facing issue and you are least bothered. #worst #jio

    Airtel is the worst network i have ever seen, i have done recharge of 1029 rupee l, and guess what I get No 5g since 5 days in my area, This is such a bullshit by @airtelindia . I am going to switch this Worst Network
