    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Connectivity issue at my place (Naugachia, Bihar "Pin Code 853204") It's happen suddenly if I search network through manually it shows 2G network. Kindly look into the matter on priority basis. Without any further information it's sudden down.

    Another scam from @Airtel internet not working from last 10 days and they will charge full. They talk about 5g but even 4g is not working @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @airtelindia Been a long-time customer and honestly, the service has been great overall. But help me understand one thing — why does the SIM app still auto-load on the phone when one can download a fully functional Airtel app? Feels a bit unnecessary and weird in 2026.

    Hey @airtelindia Whats wrong with your executives. Raised a shifting request and he asked ₹500 extra for the fiber cable. When refused he rescheduled it to Monday with a different executive. I want it to be done today else expect a consumer forum complaint.

    @JioCare worst service provider in India. Worst customer care. Problems have been going on for two weeks with no resolution at all. Only constant hang ups from your end. Will be porting to @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I did a complaint on airtel services regarding DTH box issue on 21 Mayand the service engineer scheduled on 22 May at 3PM later ur airtel customer care called me and told that service engineer will call u plz share ur OTP now later they rescheduled it to 24 may ?

    What if you’re moving in the next 2 days? Where do one keep the router and go? And then they will continuously keep calling from different numbers all day long and disturb you like you have no work. This is really horrible and a way to not allow disconnection @airtelindia
