    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Connectivity issue at my place (Naugachia, Bihar "Pin Code 853204") It's happen suddenly if I search network through manually it shows 2G network. Kindly look into the matter on priority basis.

    @airtelindia This is absolutely unacceptable. My Airtel Digital TV/STB issue (Ticket 658385787) has been pending since yesterday. Your own SMS committed resolution by 1 PM today. I was then given 4:30 PM, followed by 7:13 PM after being told your ground team wasn't responding.

    Shorter version @airtelindia I’ve complained many times about the poor network in my area, but there’s still no improvement. For 2 years, I’ve faced very low signal, slow internet and constant video buffering. Despite repeated complaints, the issue remains unresolved. Please fix
