@airtelindia Its always something or the other with #xstreamfiber Previously Internet was down for 3 days. no one visited my premises to check and moreover no reimbursement was provided though it was promised. And now again there is outage and once again Work from is affected!!

@airtelindia Trust me there is no interlink between what you are advertising and what services are reaching to the end users!! Internet is down again and affecting work from home setup. I dont think it will bother Airtel because it happened last time as well and my net was down for 3 day.

@airtelindia now they denied to refund the charge of Netflix amount they charged after tie up over and they did not provide you the service they are charging for this is so huge fraud from this trusted company. However their customer support was low levl. They are scammer now.

@airtelindia I am extremely unhappy with your service. It’s been nearly 15-20 days and I still cannot use my mobile Internet. The team just keeps asking me to wait. If this is your treatment then I should just port my number to a different telecom service provider. Pathetic
