    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Connectivity issue at my place (Naugachia, Bihar "Pin Code 853204") It's happen suddenly if I search network through manually it shows 2G network. Kindly look into the matter on priority basis. Without any further information it's sudden down.

    @airtelindia Hi, please look for the possibility to enable airtel fiber in kuraoli- 205265, currently bsnl ftth is providing the service but there services are not good outages for many hours everyone is looking for a different service provider.

    @airtelindia since Last 2 days there is no internet connectivity via Airtel fiber broadband. For your Engineers there is nothing to worry and for me I have applied 2 day's leave as I'm not able to complete my work and connect with my team. I don't how guy's treat your customer.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence : Want to deactivate DND service. SMS to 1909 done. Wait for 1 week done. Airtel thanks app downloaded for no reason.Your SMS say it will be done in 24 hrs. Call center says wait for 1 week.All done. Still job not done

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what ******** is wrong with you? I tried porting my different number, now my original number is not working all of sudden and also your 121 customer care is speaking some unknown language. And I didn't even chose it.

    It seems @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia had cut the jobs of Tamil Customer Agents. Whenever calling, some hindi wallah speaking or if insisted for Tamil customer care, transferring to a telugu guy who speak a language he claimed it to be 'Tamil'. Ridiculous.

    @Airtel_Presence For how long do I have wait now ? It's 3 days now. My work is affected here due to this. I have a platinum account in Airtel where VIP services are present. If this is the VIP service of @airtelindia then I wonder what treatment an normal user faces. Very disappointed.

    The data scam ever by @airtelindia 40GB consumed in just 3 min of plan change. What a scam. How can a user consume 40GB in just 3 min? It's just a waste of money to be a #Postpaid customer to @airtelindia @TRAI
