I have started to beleive that corporates are purposely reducing their call center support so that users give up after getting frustrated trying with chatbots & virtual assistants. Zero refunds, no need to solves issues and cost savings. Over all win win. @airtelindia @goibibo

many times a complaint is raised, @Airtel_Presence just doesn't give a ****. They are prompt in sending reminders for bill payments, but not at all prompt in solving major issues which are causing these 'technical issues' in my area. @jagograhakjago @airtelindia
