    @airtelindia my 5g my a** im unable to get internet from last 6days. volte is on, restarted the mobile multiple times. calls are working fine, sms is working fine but only internet is not working. opened multiple service request and none of them has a resolution. cant connect with a single CS

    Stop fooling your customers by deducting data unnecessarily. When I complained about it over customer care they didn’t bother at all and disconnected the call twice !! Being a customer since 2011 and getting such unprofessional behaviour is completely unacceptable. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I've converted my physical sim to eSIM. Now I didn't receive an email for the QR code. But the physical sim gets deactivated. I'm unable to do anything. Could you please help?

    but the fact is the sim card is issued on my mother I'd (my mother is admitted in hospital in haridwar because of some health issues and the treatment will go more for 1-2 weeks How am I supposed to get her in the service centre for verification) @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Its been almost 2 month since i raised my complaint here but there is no improvement in the service of airtel. Also no support from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia to resolve my issue.I will now not recharge my number and will port out as you guys are not helping me. @VittalGopal

    @airtelindia SR 10084926558 pending since 27.09.22. the issue was supposed to be resolved by 2 PM 28.09.2022. Fake assurances being given by call centre and nobody visiting to resolve the issue.....
