@VittalGopal @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Being a postpaid client, astonished by service standard. Request for 4G network issue raised 2-3 times in last 2 months, nothing happened. Considering Covid situation, waited for 2 months. Unnecessarily i m paying INR 579/- monthly

All companies except @airtelindia are prompt in resolving the issues.Escalating issue to their higher officials is also waste of time. However, I won’t keep quiet until they admit the mistake

@airtelindia I called customer care to stop the pop-up notification of balance deduction. But the customer care representative told me in a very rude way that he takes the request if the popup stop than good or you have to change the sim. Why I have to replace the sim for that ?

Hope @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence giving 50 gb ok at recharge of 301 as per checking at Airtel apps it's showing 1.3gb left i thing some errors may from Airtel data base pls check
