    @airtelindia From last 7-10days I am facing such a poor network . Calling is awsome but data connectivity is very poor . In every 5min data is not working. I am restarting or switching to jio in evry 5-10min Can you look into this Airtel no:9122429285

    @airtelindia I am unable to make call and use my data service from my airtel number. I have recharged my no with ₹149 plan on 19th May 2020.

    The most problematic is that @airtelindia market and position themselves ultra-pro customer satisfaction oriented service provider but have the worst customer support. Their IVRs are architected in such way that customer grievances seldom get’s addressed and for that matter resolved. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I have taken bundled plan for WiFi and TV some 3 months back, but got internet disruption more than 5 times (even for more than 1 day). Service is pathetic, takes more than 24 hours to resolve. Upon asking how to put a disconnection request, no one is guiding. Fedup

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia For the past 4–5 days, my AirFiber speed has been dropping to 1 Mbps (download & upload) every day after 6 PM. The internet becomes unusable. Support isn't responding, and the issue is still unresolved. Didn't expect such poor service quality.

    @airtelindia Irony is, If I visit Airtel office, they are ready to install new connection within 24 hrs, I don't know how?. I can't even cancel my connection without supervisor approval and the supervisor is never available even after 30 mins in the call.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I've been an Airtel customer for 4 years and never faced such issues until I shifted my connection to my new address. I hope this is an issue with the local service team and request an immediate resolution.
