    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 121 and 198 and chat assistant all are useless, I am not satisfied with your service as i booked complaints many times regarding my internet issue but issue still persist. I am now moving to Other ISP with my friends and family members.

    @airtelindia Totally poor service, not even network side but customer service side also, they claim the are quickly resolved customer problems but i wait for more than 7 day to just upgrade my plan, I advise all to don't go with this network

    I raised a intracity shifting request for Xtreme Fibre broadband 10 days ago. I called airtel customer service everyday I was given a timeline of 24 hours daily. @airtelindia Either you take the complaint seriously or I'll change the operator. @VittalGopal #Airtel #Airtel4G

    @Airtel_Presence Been with @airtelindia for 6 months and each month getting billed for a postpaid connection which is just a waste at my location... Several complaints raised nd similarly they get closed as some rubbish SR saying issue has been resolved WELL IT'S NOT

    Worst network ever @airtelindia you are hiking price but what about speed I have 2 gb data plan but not able to use 500 to 600 mb daily because of poor net speed if you don't provide service properly I have better option from you!!!!!
