    @airtelindia From last 7-10days I am facing such a poor network . Calling is awsome but data connectivity is very poor . In every 5min data is not working. I am restarting or switching to jio in evry 5-10min Can you look into this Airtel no:9122429285

    I'm very disappointed with you, @airtelindia. I chose a broadband plan on the 4th of March for six months. Your application took the payment and did not accept the plan. After calling customer care to resolve the issue, I'm receiving answers like I have to pay more.

    @JioCare Biggest network in India. Ur customer make u the biggest network .But not listening to Ur customer isn't going to make u stronger.Switched from @airtelindia but i think it was a bad idea bcz u don't value Ur customer.

    @airtelindia I’m getting frustrated from the pathetic customer service that’s being given. Customer care promised more than 10 times that they’ll resolve the issue but still no resolution!!! 2 bills generated and outgoing cut off. While bills are paid on-time. Can someone check

    @airtelindia Forget about venturing into upcoming space....You better first improve the customer care service. I have been trying to reach since an hour regarding esim update. Such a pathetic and useless customer support.
