    @reliancejio in my area @airtelindia 2g works better then your 4g how ever 3g/4g also sucks both of them don’t really care who ever planing to move another network

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence extremely dissatisfied with my wifi device. Using since 3 mths. Never ever gave good internet despite showing a tower nearby, battery shows red during charging as well. No info on customer care for my wifi device. I want to terminate the connection.

    1. Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , My Broadband Fiber Optic Connection is down from past Monday 05/12/2022 till present and no resolution, nothing fixed just customer care giving fake assurance and delaying the fix for next 24 hours and this has been repeatedly told everyday.

    @airtelbuzz @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why email ids for escalation is not provided in website. even your customer care also does not want to share email id to escalate matter. we customer are experiencing worst service, continues delay etc. this shows unethical policy
