    Pathetic network @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am in Baner, Pune and haven't got any network coverage for the last 1 hour!! Can't make phone calls, waiting for an all important OTP but no @Airtel_Presence just can't give network when it's urgently needed!! Worst network in Pune

    @Airtel_Presence It's so disappointing to know that you're not willing to up the infrastructure to cater to more customers. I'll have to depart from @airtelindia after 10years as your broadband box is full and can't install a new one. Who cares abt customer loyalty #telecom

    @airtelindia had to close 4g service because of poor service . SLA of 4 days .. cmon guys you should stop making false claims .. I STOPPED the service now still 48 hrs to get a confirmation that service request is received you should work on different planet

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it has been more than a month when i logged a complaint about unable to watch DTH HD channel issues. Your personal came & given cause & said he is going to get new cable for it. Called him several times, but still didn't get cable #verypathetic

    @airtelindia I have raised an complaint having Reference No. 90450086 on 06-JUN-2019 13:47:11 regarding network issue I'm facing. But I neither got any response back on my complaint nor my complaint get resolved. Kindly request you to check the same and resolve issue ASAP.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia What way I will benefit checking your network,my current address within Pune City has no network, coordinate and atleast make the weakest of the attempt to resolve the issue,rather than sharing coverage maps.Subscribers are not stupid to complain.

    @airtelindia regarding broadband service. it is very poor, i raise a complaints every month but the issue is the same. i recharge monthly but i face this issue for 3 or 4 days a month. it collectively come around a month or 2 in a year. i pay for year but i use for jst 10months😡
