    @airtelindia, I have switched to Airtel post paid which comes with benifits free one year amazon prime subscriptions. I did not get it and was told by customer service executive that I was a prime member so can’t have it again, does that make sense? I feel I was tricked.

    @airtelindia @vittalgopal Hi, I am fcng unprecedented network issue for past 6 month now. I knew nothing much Courtney done during lockdown hence did not highlight the issue Howe this has now gone way beyond n I am literally not reachable not can access data smoothly. Pls resolv.

    @airtelindia I have switch my service to some other network to Airtel post and was expecting Amazon prime subscription for one year for free. Turned out I can not have it because I was a prime member in past which does not make sense. Can you check how we can solve this?

    @airtelindia waited online for 15 mins to speak to your customer services regarding my DTH, was then keep on hold by the rep for another 10 mins and then disconnected. This is pathetic service. Need someone to call me back now

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Airtel prepaid mobile no.8009773856. Yesterday I have obtained the replacement of the sim change. The Sim card is now operational for incoming and outgoing calls but  unfortunately SMS facility is not working.Kindly rectify the same asap.

    It's 10 days to get installation and subscribtion of Airtel fiber but didn't get bill yet. The guy who provided this service to my home assured me that i will get bill within a week. But now he is not responding. Also i am not getting bill on thanks app. @airtelindia

    Got a response from the Technician, and the problem is resolved too. Thanks @airtelindia for your quick support. It would be very helpful if the customers can get the Technician's name and number once assigned so that the communication can take place from both sides.

    @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima pathetic service for jio fibre in Bangalore .They have huge shortage of staff and not able to assign a engineer on site . @airtelindia I have used airtel for 15 years,don't loose hope .None can come near your service levels
