    @airtelindia waited online for 15 mins to speak to your customer services regarding my DTH, was then keep on hold by the rep for another 10 mins and then disconnected. This is pathetic service. Need someone to call me back now

    @airtelindia, I have switched to Airtel post paid which comes with benifits free one year amazon prime subscriptions. I did not get it and was told by customer service executive that I was a prime member so can’t have it again, does that make sense? I feel I was tricked.

    @airtelindia I have switch my service to some other network to Airtel post and was expecting Amazon prime subscription for one year for free. Turned out I can not have it because I was a prime member in past which does not make sense. Can you check how we can solve this?

    @airtelbank I already received call from payments bank . They say they can’t help as transaction is SUCCESS at their end . Jolly good . No coordination to cross check the prepaid database whether a commit happened . It’s like no integration between ur apps. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    48hrs and 8 calls to the @airtelindia’s service team and yet they have not been able to fix my broadband connection. All thanks to the frankly callous attitude of their technicians and customer service team in #Bangalore. This is the so called #Airtel Black service! Disgusting!
