I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

The amount itself is insignificant. My concern is how many customers may face similar issues and simply accept the loss because the amount involved is small.
