@jiocare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am dissappointed by Xtreme Postpaid malpractises that you guys are running.There is no way for for me convert Airtel Xtreme Postpaid to prepaid. The option to do this in app is pointless since it redirects to chatbot and customer care is no use

Airtel has been so desparate and losing the battle with its myopic minded behavior. An accidental single touch in AirtelThanks app will upgrade you to postpaid. And with no option to revert to prepaid till 90 days. Thanks for 10 years service. BYE @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
