    @jiocare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

    @airtelindia Lost my Indian sim card in Lusaka, Zambia n the local Airtel service center have asked me to get duplicate sim in India. I'm still in Lusaka if you can please help as I don't want to land in India without a sim card 🙏

    Is this the standard of customer service @airtelindia stands for? A refund promised in 45 days is still pending after 90+ days. Customers deserve answers and action—not endless delays and template replies.

    @airtelindia Trying to shift my Airtel fibre connection for the last 5 days within the same city/area, but still no resolution. Every time customer care says “today” or “next 4 hours,” but nothing happens. Very disappointing. If this can’t be resolved ASAP, please cancel my plan.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Terrible experience trying to get a new broadband connection. Paid an advance fee weeks ago. No action, no response. Please refund the advance fee and I’ll get it from some other provider
