I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

Since 12 Aug 12:24 PM, there is no network. I waited 2 hours at the store, but no solution or SR. Please escalate urgently.

Many users face this exact issue where 'unlimited 5G' is restricted by a 300GB hidden fair usage policy cap or unstable tower switching.
