@JioCare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

@airtelindia Upon recharge of my prepaid number i got free subscription to any one channel on airtel xtreme app. But the same works only on my phone and not on TV. Is it the way it is,or is it due to some technical issue? Kindly resolve.

@airtelindia please do let me know the process to surrender 15 days old connection and looking for six month advance paid to Airtel,since the data service not appropriate . Escalated to local team, but no response for last 10 days. Was using jio earlier, quite good service.
