I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

You guys have not been processing and charging heavily even when i hardly use your service. Not to mention the utterly pathetic network that just doesn't work.
