    @jiocare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI Airtel is the biggest scammer in India.They have removed the recharge for 2G Phones .If someone has 2G phones then why will he need data.The company is indirectly looting the poor customers and making money. My whole family will shift to Jio.

    @airtelindia I applied for Airtel AirFiber on Monday, 24 Aug, and made the payment the same day. Since then, I’ve been calling day in and day out, but there is still no proper resolution. I’m being told that the engineer isn’t picking up the phone. #airtelairfiber

    The suckers @airtelindia are just conning Indians now. They give you "unlimited 5G" plan and have this stupid 4G+ network everywhere on which data doesn't work at all. I wasted half an hour trying to make UPI payment only to give up and not buy groceries.

    @airtelnews @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence one thing for sure, don’t ever go for Airtel black as you will get interruption after every 15-20 minutes and for a day also. Customer service is useless. This is by far one of the worst internet experiences I’ve had. Refer my old tweets

    @airtelindia i am facing wifi issues since a week and everytime an agent gets assigned then reassigned again with no one attending. No one answers the call, you promise the best network coverage but I think you are not living up to your motto anymore

    Dear absolutely stupid @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - whats the point of saying "OUR ENGINEERS ARE TIRELESSLY WORKING ON IT" if I cannot contact them to get a status of the network issue in my area? Also, your stupid app is the worst chatbot to ever exist.
