I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

I simply asked to cancel my request and process a refund. It's been more than a week and no one is helping out. Sending new guy everyday.
