    On my no recharge 349 with Amazon prime benefit but not received any banner in Airtel thanks apps. Recharge on 7 Oct and I call customer care he say solve problem 16 Oct. So can you give me 8 days extra benefit. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews network is almost remaining dead at danapur bihar PIN-801503. Complaining now and then but no response or resolution to it. Urgently look into the matter.

    @airtelindia fgs shut down your WiFi service!!! My WiFi is still not working. Your agents show tantrums that they can’t come after 6 and do t pick up phone even when slot was 6:30PM. It has been more than 24 hours now!! Horrible service. Fgs I don’t understand how you guys are functioning.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia ai am facing persistent service issues with my Black connection (WiFi and IPTV) for the past 3–4 days. The internet speed has been significantly lower than expected, with frequent disconnections throughout the day. The IPTV service is also unstable

    @airtelindia @airtelnews upon 4 times raising the issue to team and 21 calls in last one week to engineers for just broadband installation and still no solution! Each day i was assured that it will be resolved in 24 hours and hearing this same stuff from 4 days? Is this ur level?

    Pathetic service from @airtelindia. Even after sharing all details via DM as requested, there is still NO action on cancelling my XSTREAM Premium subscription.Your complaint handling is completely unresponsive. I clearly stated NO consent for auto-renewal, yet no resolution.
