    On my no recharge 349 with Amazon prime benefit but not received any banner in Airtel thanks apps. Recharge on 7 Oct and I call customer care he say solve problem 16 Oct. So can you give me 8 days extra benefit. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Pincode 335503 (Bhirani, Bhadra) has had poor network for 4 months. Internet is barely usable, even basic browsing fails. You promised earlier to fix this, but nothing changed. Looks like empty promises. For a company your size, this is embarrassing. Fix this now.

    Hey @airtelindia , i have already returned the iptv device after disconnction of the iptv services. Despite that i am repeatedly getting watsapp msg to confirm the pick up of device. What kind of stupid batch job is running behind that sends watsapp messages to customer for this

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Seriously fed up with Airtel Complaining since 5th April — no technician, no fix. First disconnections, now broadband completely dead (no lights). Even today called support — just complaint update, NO ACTION.

    @airtelindia 15 days, no working internet. You promised fiber but installed wireless. App shows false resolution, customer care is useless, and your rep Hassan was rude. Why should I pay for a service I couldn’t use? Fix this now.
