    From yesterday there is very poor network service by @airtelindia in VVMC. In Ward 10 of Nallasopara net & calling services are unavailable from 10am today. Will Customer get refund? @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence (KARNAL, HARYANA) It’s been 6 days since my Airtel AirFiber stopped working, and despite multiple complaints, Airtel has failed to restore my connection. This isn’t just poor service—it’s complete incompetence and a shocking lack of accountability. The most unbelievable part is that Airtel’s own teams don’t even know whether my location should have Fiber or AirFiber, even though an AirFiber connection is already installed at my home. Every day, a different engineer is sent with no proper information, no coordination, and no solution. Customers are being made to suffer because Airtel’s internal teams don’t even know what service they are providing. I have contacted customer support repeatedly, escalated the issue, and even posted about it on X before. Yet there has been no meaningful response. The local team refuses to take responsibility and keeps wasting my time while I continue paying for a service that Airtel has failed to deliver. Why should customers pay for days of downtime caused entirely by Airtel’s negligence? Why is there no accountability for misleading customers, delaying resolutions, and making false promises of callbacks and engineer visits? This is nothing short of customer harassment. No paying customer should have to beg for a basic internet connection that they’re already being billed for. Fix the issue immediately, compensate me for every day of service outage, and start taking responsibility instead of making customers run in circles.

    Booked for @airtelindia airfiber wifi on 04/07/26 and paid 1500/- in advance. Till now as of no engineer is assigned for installation nor there is progress. while booking I was made to believe that thier service is too fast and if any problem comes up, they would reach in 4 hrs

    @airtelindia neither of your available tools for getting in touch with customer service work. outgoing call gets automatically cut after about 20 seconds, and your whatsapp bot is broken. i am trying to activate an international roaming plan so i can receive SMS in the US. please assist.

    @airtelindia There are serious concerns about your network accountability yet no one is keen about resolving the issue in our entire society Airtel network is down since from past 4/5 days yet no resolution I've already lodged a complaint yet no progress. What's going on.
