@airtelindia Hi, the Service Request No. 31-3571856803480 related to Network on your Airtel Number ******6085 has been closed. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, contact 198 or Appellate to raise an appeal. This type of complaints are closed without visiting the location.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been facing so many issues with the wifi/broadband, I have made the tech people check everything , and no issue has been seen and while working it stops. Nd restarts after 15mins I need the refund and let me know how u guys will take it.

@airtelindia @airtelnews My wifi services has halted since 3rd March. There is no resolution so far. No technician has ever visited or contacted me yet. I have to lodged a complaint everytime and I get false assurance. Service Request no: 128400790 & 128769132.
