    @airtelindia last 10 days I notice any otp coming to my fone takes about 7 to 10 minutes. Whereas same fone has other service provider and I get it within 20 seconds. Please assist to investigate. My pincode is 600014

    @airtelindia I’m facing an issue with my Airtel WiFi despite contacting customer care multiple times.I demand a full refund along with appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. The customer service has been pathetic. Please resolve this urgently. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Pathetic service! Ported from Jio to Airtel on 20 Aug. Jio deactivated my SIM on 27 Aug, but even on 31 Aug, my Airtel SIM is still not active. 4 days without a working number! 😡 How long am I supposed to wait? #Airtel

    Dear @airtelindia Have u lost your mind or senses ? How much calls and messages u bombard customers for payments bill reminds and that stupid automated messages from Kavita each morning at 9:30 and still due date is 7 days away why do u spam this is against trai guidelines

    @trai @consumerforum_ you need to really take action against @airtelindia where for an airtel black customer they have done almost nothing to restore airtel fibre service for about a month now. Please let me know how to lodge an official complaint about Airtel

    Worst customer care support by @airtelindia. It’s been 1 month since my SIM got unregistered. Submitted all the required documents, but still no action, no proper response, nothing. Absolutely pathetic service. How difficult is it to fix a SIM issue in 30 days? Shameful CS. Day2
