    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have gotten two XTreme Fiber Connections, in different localities of Mumbai. Service not available one third of the time, and the other times it barely gives out 2-3mbps of speed. I have a 40mbps plan at both my places. I feel like I got scammed.

    @airtelindia Airtel team worst support continued. We are sending email they are casually responding and not taking any priority to the clients. Office landlines are not working due to lethargic behaviour from Airtel team. Pls post our monthly payment on time. No words to use.

    @airtelindia Unable to connect to customer care at 121 directly. Rather given a complaint no. I want to talk to customer care immediately. If not, i will switch my SIM to other vendor. Really ridiculous. Everywhere you say zero complaint, so is this your startegy to make yourself comp free ?
