@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am a airtel black customer and I got to know that you guys are offering 3500 international roaming for 10 days to postpaid user and 1150 to prepaid users for 30 days.. so fair enough right.. looks like should switch to prepaid.. #disgusting

@airtelindia It's really unfair when a customer purchases a international roaming data package for INR 755 and unable to use it since there is an existing roaming package on his number of INR 1199 with its data balance expired. Then what is the purpose of roaming package??
