@airtelindia Hello Airtel, I have family plan of airtel and using since 4/5 years. I lost one mobile n lost my sim. Called customer care to block the sim. Your so called customer care telling me to go to airtel office and will be done from there. So what about digital India.

If there is voting for Telecom company with worst customer service it will be @airtelindia without any doubt. They give fake engineer details, will send msgs of rescheduling on customer name even though custome is not requesting. Total fraud practice

@connectgurmeet Yes, I have also faced this with @airtelindia . My phone shows full 4G signal but internet won’t work or is extremely slow. And one this more, I think they have put in some algorithm in place to slow down your internet if you use continuously for some extended time. @TRAI
