Airtel don't listen or respond to complaints. That's why decided not come back to Airtel. I raised complaint for plan bill generated when connection was in safe custody. Whenever they calls back I think its regarding complaint. But again calling for bill payment. @airtelindia

Airtel is cheating. I called customer care to disconnect in July as I already switched provider. They committed will put in safe custody without bill and return later. But they activated connection and calling me day and night to pay the bill. #Airtelbroadband @airtelindia @TRAI

@airtelindia @TRAI I did use Airtel broadband and I surrendered on 21st August 2020, I paid 6 months advance rental, however I surrendered earlier, still haven't received my refund back. I have complained a lot for the last one year. However, the issue is not resolved.
