    @airtelindia Airtel black is one of the biggest scam by Airtel India...they said you will get a relationship manager , but they won't call you back for days. Plus they are extremely rude, doesn't know anything about issues and resolutions.

    @airtelindia is Tom-toming their 5G service every time you call @Airtel_Presence . They can’t provide half decent 4G service. There are poor network, call drops. The authorities should legally stop these cheats from upgrading unless they provide decent basic services.

    @airtelindia Broadband Modem Shifting Comp No.10137732968 of 12 Feb 23 not resolved after 7 day Technician reported that Drilling Machine/Tools don’t provide by Airtel Co for fixing Nail on the by Drill machine as per customer request. Better out source this job to private vendor

Despite having a 5G unlimited plan, speeds drop so badly that I can’t even work properly on my Mac. The worst part? There’s no proper way to raise a complaint. Your AI chatbot is ineffective, and even when I try to report the issue, it doesn’t work. This is not acceptable.     @airtelindia ay what’s the issue with your Mobile network and WiFi recently they have been working less(slow) and it automatically switches from 5G-4G and phone is not the issue I assure you and ye tried everything airplane mode blah blah power switch off and on blah!!!!! (Hyd)

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have my router faulty since 5 days and I haven’t received any resolution yet. I have called atleast 20 times to the customer care still no help. They are always telling to wait for 4 hrs and it would be done but no resolution.
