    @airtelindia your service quality is pathetic and your customer care @Airtel_Presence which you have outsourced is even worse. Using fancy marketing terms like premium Black Customer will not help but actual resolution will. High time to port all my & my co’s numbers. #sad

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Since last 2 weeks i am following to get my tax invoice for my recharges. The Airtel app have bugs and generating wrong dates invoice. I tried reaching customer care but chat bot was designed in such a way where customer suffers.

    @airtelindia I have a sim used in my iPad and internet not working. I called your customer care, she said concern is raised and it will take 2 weeks to resolve!!!! Who trained these people to speak with ease, it will take 14 days to solve?? and you are competing in a highly digitised world. Don't you think 14 days is less?

    Airtel before sales service is worst. I'm trying to connect Airtel executive through customer care number but no one is attending my call. I make 2 call they didn't answer my call and I wait for 20min. Over call but no one is attending. @airtelnews @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence I have Fibre Connection of @airtelindia and my A/c no. is 7039799714. I had complained on 24/01/23 then it was resolved belatedly on 26/01/23 and now on 29/01/23 again there is problem & no action till now after repeated complaints. This is complacency. #airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Wi-fi disconnected for more than 20 hours now and no development on the ticket raised. App is terrible when it comes to reaching someone "human". Quite a long relationship and this does leave a very bad taste.

    @airtelindia 2) Without even using the network bill was already generated. And the already requested progress will take months and months and bills will br generated, without even using the network why should we pay. Daylight robbery it is.

    @airtelindia I have raised a complaint for my wifi not working 2 days ago. Nobody has reached out till now. It’s the worst service that after raising the complaint nobody has reached out. Your customer care team called and disconnected the call without even listening my complaint

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @AirtelXtream 2/6 Despite submitting valid KYC documents, the incorrect name still hasn't been corrected. A simple customer data update should not require repeated follow-ups. Customers deserve accurate records and timely support.
