  @airtelindia Wifi was on safe custody since feb 2026, suddenly this month airtel charged full monthly rental. Spent more than 30 mins with your executive but no resolution. Not going to pay any amount until this issue is resolved. Pathetic technical backend & services.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Fix your backend glitch now! You reversed a friend's accidental recharge and wiped out my EXISTING paid 1-year plan (valid till Feb 2027). > 121 is useless. Restore my plan immediately or I'm reporting this to DoT (@PGPORTAL) & Consumer Court today.

  @airtelindia I raised this issue earlier on X, was asked to DM, and did so, but got no response. Despite multiple calls, receipt submission, SR 31-1000015554794 and Appellate escalation, my refund remains unresolved and services are affected. Please act urgently.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I’m using the ₹449 5G plan, but for the past 2 days my internet has been working very poorly. The 5G connection is unstable and the speed is much lower than expected. Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. #Airtel #Airtel5G

  Hey @airtelindia, maybe change the name from “Airtel Care” to “Airtel Don’t Care”. 😡 Still no resolution and not even a call from customer service. It seems your support system is stuck in the same loop as my complaint — “Kaam chalu hai, aap katar mein hai.” 🙄
