  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I tried all the troubleshooting and it works with different sim. My whole work and business stopped because of this issue. Calling customer care from differ number doesn’t help as it doesn’t connect you to any customer executive.

  Hi @airtelindia @airtelnews , its really disheartening to see a company I admire and trust because of the quality of service you used to provide has stooped to this low. Charging without providing service/support. Seems like the company has outgrown the customer centric approach.
