Clearly not a coverage issue — recurring backend fault. 4G data deducted even on 5G. No permanent fix yet. Need urgent and permanent resolution.

Gulab Jamun (@Gulabjamun87) reported@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia An Airtel technician visited today and informed me that the Wi-Fi is unable to connect due to the tower being located too far away, which is why it shows “No Internet Connection.” I have been advised to discontinue the Wi-Fi service.
