@Airtel_Presence Thanks to priya who gave me good time and help me in getting a alternate solution of network issue. But next all from @airtelindia surprised me, i have been informed company has shortage of 5G routers so cant upgrade my plan as committed. @TRAI must ask them to stop marketing.

The shameless @airtelindia guys who say their network is available virtually EVERYWHERE, tells me they don’t have towers in my sector & I need to get ANOTHER broadband connection to be able to make calls from my number. PS: They don’t even have broadband lines here. Noida 42.

@airtelindia Also, there is an open complaint for over 18 months on call drops and phone getting hung in a location inside the building which has not been resolved. Add to that, my time spent is more than 50% in a month so my subscription been unwarranted to an extent
