Till yday I used @airtelindia as only #telco for last 10 years with 3 #postpaid, #Boardband & #DTH. I opted out BB & DTH, becoz sub Std. service with low BB Speeds, offlines & zero value for money.I m a small cust, but u guys need revamp ASAP to compete & not losing cust. #bye

Also with poor mobile network connectivity, where at many places @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence goes out of network, may be soon porting out if network connectivity issues persist. Today I was at place where except @airtelindia as other #Telcos where working perfect.

@Airtel_Presence Dear Mansi! Airtel customer service should be reviewed. You claim to resolve the customer complaint within 48 hours, but when the service is received after 7 days, it cannot be satisfied. I am very sad with @airtelindia service. Anyway, thank you for reinstating the service!
