    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia thanks for making me lose hope on you guys. Your customer care support is very pathetic. Irrespective giving all the details, bank acc number, bank statement for initiating refund of Broadband disconnect (waiting from 3 month's), there is no progress

    @Airtel_Presence uk they are doing is replying to comments on tweets and if u see dms there is no reply if a person actually wants to solve a problem they will address it in personal stop sending pre typed msges #nobrand @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi, today I just did 10 calls and now I am not able to make any calls. As per policy I am eligible for 20 calls per day till restrictions, It must hv system issue am telling, u guys harassing customer. I can share my call history screen shot.

    @I_am_Harshala @airtelindia I am struggling since 17th Nov to get basic function over my Airtel number that is incoming and outgoing facility.. so far only typical response from thir customer care supports.. even tried toll-free and several emails... no positive outcome so far.. very pathetic service..
