    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia thanks for making me lose hope on you guys. Your customer care support is very pathetic. Irrespective giving all the details, bank acc number, bank statement for initiating refund of Broadband disconnect (waiting from 3 month's), there is no progress

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst network in Hassan and raised concerns from past 3 month, still issue not resolved. Bad connectivity as well. My broadband issues was not resolved from past 3 months and no proper response from customer care

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This exact issue was previously investigated by Airtel under SR CPUTD3CHD20260228409692. After repeated complaints, it was fixed and Unlimited 5G worked normally for around 3 months. Now the SAME issue has returned.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @jagograhakjago Extremely confusing and shocking service from Airtel! No Porting Code due to “contractual obligations”, separate bills for everything, and customer care says it’s a Black Plan Enough is enough. Time to say bye-bye,give port code.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have an Airtel SIM card registered in my name that I originally obtained in Rajasthan, but for some reason, it is not working. I visited an Airtel office in Gorakhpur, UP, but was told that the SIM could only be issued from Rajasthan.

    (3/3) - In this AI era, this process should be simplier and the representative, simpley said that, contact the customer care. But how could i do that? 😕 Its totally annoying, if this the case, i wouldnt choose airtel from first place itself. NEED A RESOLUTION @airtelindia

    Its a good thing I moved away from @airtelindia. I needed a receipt for my last payment, & an Email/SMS regarding confirmation of Device Pickup, but I am yet to receive both. Escalated the matter to the Appellate Officer, but that too was of no help. @TRAI can you help??

    Shorter version @airtelindia I’ve complained many times about the poor network in my area, but there’s still no improvement. For 2 years, I’ve faced very low signal, slow internet and constant video buffering. Despite repeated complaints, the issue remains unresolved. Please fix
