    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst network in Hassan and raised concerns from past 3 month, still issue not resolved. Bad connectivity as well. My broadband issues was not resolved from past 3 months and no proper response from customer care

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia thanks for making me lose hope on you guys. Your customer care support is very pathetic. Irrespective giving all the details, bank acc number, bank statement for initiating refund of Broadband disconnect (waiting from 3 month's), there is no progress

    @airtelindia how do I talk to a human being who actually understands issues? Your AI customer support might be the worst out there. I've paid a bill but it's not reflecting and I want to dispute the followup therefore. Just allow a customer to raise a complaint already please

    Big brands are loath to take action against field and customer-facing staff even if you make damning charges with proof. An RJio staff once told me: "If you have a problem go tell Ambani, not me". AirTel is no different. Are you scared of opening the floodgates @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I am writing this after 10+ years of trust in DTH and Wifi but now I think you are not fit for this in my region.Your system will be slow , unresponsive now. Before 4 years my wifi with 40MBPS is going good but when I increase to 200mbps,speed and range will decrease

    @Bajaj_Finance @Bajaj_Finance @airtelindia It's been only few days ago that i was assured that my number will be on permanent DND. But since last 3 days I'm again getting 7-8 calls daily from Bajaj Finance. How to stop this nonsense. Will doing a police complaint help? Pls help.

    @airtelindia This is absolutely unacceptable. I’m receiving daily calls, messages, and VAS messages even after recharging my Airtel number. Stop this harassment immediately and deactivate all unwanted VAS/promotional services on my number. I expect a proper resolution.
