    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia thanks for making me lose hope on you guys. Your customer care support is very pathetic. Irrespective giving all the details, bank acc number, bank statement for initiating refund of Broadband disconnect (waiting from 3 month's), there is no progress

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst network in Hassan and raised concerns from past 3 month, still issue not resolved. Bad connectivity as well. My broadband issues was not resolved from past 3 months and no proper response from customer care

    Very Disappointing Service, @airtelindia! Paid advance for a new wired Wi-Fi connection (Txn: SNJ4PZY02N) and got totally ghosted. Customer care 981001245 is a complete dead end. Is this how you welcome new customers? @Airtel_Presence resolve this ASAP!

    @airtelindia I had an international recharge done and landed in NewYork USA.... No range at all... Very very worst @airtelindia @airtelnews Fortunately got the range after 5 days in Charlotte..... But back again on NewYork... No range... Fed up. Please check up your network

    @airtelindia Hi Airtel,consider tis post has a complaint.I took WiFi new con on(16/7) the person who did paper work called me for multiple Otp nd payment of1.5k but after that no response from the team,I called him like20calls till now but no response. Ref below trail tweet(1/2)
