    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia thanks for making me lose hope on you guys. Your customer care support is very pathetic. Irrespective giving all the details, bank acc number, bank statement for initiating refund of Broadband disconnect (waiting from 3 month's), there is no progress

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst network in Hassan and raised concerns from past 3 month, still issue not resolved. Bad connectivity as well. My broadband issues was not resolved from past 3 months and no proper response from customer care

    @airtelindia more than 3 month ... complain registered and solved by airtel ... but i dont understand why problem is not solved.... instead of solving you people are closing the complains .... I registered a complain to appellate team also but no reply yet... is it the policy..

    @airtelindia persistent problem in wifi at my house626 sector 15/1 Gurgaön. Several complaints your support person Ramesh visits does something on the pole. System functions for one or two days and back again to problems kindly support.
