Appalled by @airtelindia service. They informed that as I had subscribed for roaming pack on 23rd August (Europe-which was billed & paid), pack remains active & on 30th Oct have usage of 1 SMS on roaming(Vietnam) hence, charged @ Rs3599 +GST @Airtel_Presence #airtel #complaints

@airtelindia 5 different people have responded to this with no resolution. I am not going to explain the issue again. Contact me only the charges are waived off and updated bill is sent. I will not be paying for this wrongfully charged roaming pack at all, do as you please.

@airtelindia recharge of 49 will give you talktime of 38₹ but you can't send any sms. For sms you need unlimited plan. With unlimited plan you can't call customer care 1860 numbers you need unlimited plus 49 plan for that.
