    Finally installed @airtelindia alternate broadband option from @excitel_rocks, which at less then half at promised speeds of 300 mbps, what looks like teething issues, it’s 10 times faster than airtel. Fingers crossed for excitel’s performance.

    Amazing job by @airtelindia Seems they are pretty serious about their zero complaints campaign. Resolution within 2 hours of registering the complaint!!! #vocalforlocal If we keep getting such services from Indian players, who needs International brands!!!

    Searched for @DDNational on @airtelindia TV menu for 15 min. Gave up. Have no idea if it is classified as news or entertainment. With UX & hardware that are cheap and outdated by decades, content discovery on TV is ****. An industry where we pump in over 30,000 Cr of advertising

    @OfficialBleh @airtelindia There's only 2 real options - either your sim is not working, or your sim has been blocked by Airtel because they think your phone is stolen. Either way, don't think there's a fix for this that we can do ourselves.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia similar case happened today as well when network went off for some time suddenly. Even if it is planned outage so kindly send prior notice via text. And what about mobile network, it’s still not operating in 4G.

    @OfficialBleh @airtelindia Yo happened to me as well. Out of the blue it stopped working, no data no calls nothing. I contacted the Airtel store and apparently my sim was shut down for some reason? Had to get a new one w the same number eventually

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Worst customer support service. Whatever you use data between 11:30 to 11:59 at night it will be considered on next day data. I have complaint for this but their executive forcefully denied that it's not possible. Worst service 😠😠👎👎
