    Not satisfied with the internet service provided by @airtelindia since last couple of months. Being a premium plan, postpaid customer, this is never acceptable. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio . @airtelindia either work on the internet or lose a loyal customer.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia - my broadband account 080102571147_kk, complaint # 10050108677 internet is down for 2 days. No way to reach an agent to complain. Very bad experience. Such a horrible service you have. Fix today or cancel the connection

    @AsianNewsHub @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence No internet on my airtel Xtreme fiber since 8thjun, called customer care multiple times, to the escalation desk only to hear false promises. You raise a SR they close it without solving it, you again raise it they close it again and you get the msg this is resolved. #airtelcare

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence No Service since yesterday afternoon. Complaint lodged through App. Req No 10050393754 Someone was deputed to visit my place b/w 8:20am to 8:25am. No one came. Now it's said that Service resumed but NOT actually. Till now NO RESOLUTION.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it’s almost a day now, still none is bothered to fix the internet issue or the customer care is calling back even after scheduling a call back request. SR is open since yesterday. What kinda service is this, I need a waiver for this period.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Super pathetic service from airtel. Ticket raised on March 2nd still unresolved and it's been 1.5 months since I raised connection close request which is still pending.
