Not satisfied with the internet service provided by @airtelindia since last couple of months. Being a premium plan, postpaid customer, this is never acceptable. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio . @airtelindia either work on the internet or lose a loyal customer.

@airtelindia I have paid the broadband bill which has a due date of 5th June and the amount got deducted from the bank the airtel website showing no update and In the airtel thanks app there is no option to talk to any customer representative

Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , I'm using Airtel for a long time and was with it. But from few months ago, I'm continuously getting interruption in Network. Sometimes no network, LTE to EDGE Automatically, poor voice call etc..
