Not satisfied with the internet service provided by @airtelindia since last couple of months. Being a premium plan, postpaid customer, this is never acceptable. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio . @airtelindia either work on the internet or lose a loyal customer.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Then why you have added extra charge for inhouse shifting of broadband. When I call customer care they told me that address is changed, i was surprised that airtel hired a person who don't know how to identify address after reading full address.
