Not satisfied with the internet service provided by @airtelindia since last couple of months. Being a premium plan, postpaid customer, this is never acceptable. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio . @airtelindia either work on the internet or lose a loyal customer.

@airtelindia From yesterday I do not have a network on my phone. I called customer care they told. My sim is damaged and told me to get a new sim. But i am on a medical emergency and i have been advised complete bed rest from the Doctor. Please resolve this on a urgent basis.
