This is COMPLETE negligence + total incompetence from Airtel. Now NO callback AGAIN! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE that buying a NEW SERVICE takes so much of delays?   @airtelindia 3.5 days without internet and counting. Raised a complaint, called customer service - no resolution. Technician was supposed to visit and he never showed up. Unacceptable for a paid service. #Airtel #CustomerService #networkoutage

  @JioCare such a pathetic service by Jiohome. My internet is inconsistent and just doesn't work, tried calling Jiofiber on 18008969999, but instead of connecting me to an agent, the call is getting disconnected after the IVR. I want to cancel my Jiofiber. @airtelindia @TRAI

  @airtelindia My Wi-Fi installation was scheduled for 18 June, but your engineer misled me into sharing an OTP and rescheduled it to 19 June. Now he’s not answering calls, and there’s zero update. I’m flying tonight. Stop harassing customers and fix this immediately! Unacceptable
