Worst service and customer support by @airtelindia @Airtel. Almost nil network coverage since jun 2021 on 4 of my postpaid connections. Made several complains, but every time they ask for 14 days and later @airtel drop a sms in 10 - 12 days that your complain has been closed.

Disgusting service @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia ..few months back I got wifi connection of airtel and since 3-4 days it's nt working properly. When I called d person who came for connection related, he also ignored and didn't bother to resolve it. Never take connection of Airtel

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Internet not working for last 2 weeks paying through the nose for 200 mbps connection. Your staff comes, checks says router needs to be changed and goes. Airtel needs to change the router it is not my property. Pls sort it out or I will have move.
