3/3 @airtelindia - Very sad state of customer service Airtel Baner,Pune Question-why this requirement not conveyed the first time?Why color copy of Aadhar required? Customer has to travel 3 times(30kms) to get a small thing accomplished at Airtel.Staff CASUAL, NO EMPATHY at all.

Bookmark this @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence will shut their operations in India due to the sole reason for very poor coverage indoor/outdoor.Another key reason for shutting down gonna be not even acknowledging customer complaints.All Airtel users port to other operators please.
