    @airtelindia @TRAI I am in Katni Madhya Pradesh(PIN 483501), My Postpaid SIM stopped working, which causing serious trouble, there is no place in whole district where I can replace my SIM. no one is providing post paid services here. Please arrange my SIM replacement.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The height is that even after writing to the customer grievance email nobody responds. When I mention to your contact centre agent of raising this on Twitter, she tells me that is left to you. So basically telling me we don't care, we are past shame

    @airtelindia I did international roaming recharge & made all the recommended changes in network. But still I’m not able to make or receive calls. Raised complaint on 14th & your app is saying it would be resolved by 23. Seriously? What will I do before that?
