I have requested to discontinue the broadband service last billing cycle and paid the due bills as well. Noone is coming to take it away and charging me for this cycle with out me using it at all. @airtelindia your representatives are calling and harassing me to pay .

It's too horrible . My sim card was blocked for the 7th time and i bought the replacement sim for the 7th Time . In this month itself i charged 3 times. It made me to feel like a hell on @airtelindia . The feedback for the blockage of the sim was also not acceptable .
