@airtelindia Horrible Service by Airtel. My number got ported from Vodafone to Airtel, my bill is all paid but outgoing is barred.Custcare put me on hold for 20mins then told me some 90/- Rs is pending from previous operator then how it got ported and why I am paying Airtel bill.

The whole day has goneby but @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia hasn't been able to resolve my DTH issue. Can you look into this as a matter of urgency? I hv paid for the servicing but it's not working from d same day's visit.Can you send a technician who knows how to work n has will?

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia this is ridiculous, i mean when i went to seek help at you Airtel Store, people there told me I can't help today, come tomorrow, now when i requested for porting , every now and then i am getting calls, this is disturbing.

And they suggest me to cancel the complete fiber connection for refund. I dont know how its a successful plan as I currently wfh and I don't have any chance to remove wifi without backup and hence I have started to contact @airtelindia for wifi connection.
