    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence What is this email? Whose bill is this, and why am I receiving someone else’s postpaid bill? This is a serious privacy concern. Is this a data breach or has my email address been incorrectly linked to another customer’s account? The bill belongs to Harshavardhan, while my name is Sharath. I see no connection between us, so how has my email been updated on his account? This isn’t the first time. I’ve received similar emails before and ignored them, but it’s now happening repeatedly. Please investigate this immediately, remove my email ID from the other customer’s account, and explain how this happened. Customer privacy should never be taken so lightly. @TRAI kindly look into this.

    Extremely disappointed with the pathetic broadband service. Frequent outages, unreliable connectivity, and ineffective customer support have made this a very frustrating experience. It’s unacceptable to face the same issues again and again. @airtelindia, please improve service.

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare I was really happy when you fixed the network issues last month. It worked well for 4–5 days, but then the same problems started again. At this point, I can't trust the service anymore. Thanks for your response and efforts, but @airtelindia is providing much better service in my area right now. 👋
