    @airtelindia 5 years of loyalty, 300 Mbps plan, yet my Wi-Fi keeps dropping & speeds fall drastically due to the router. Multiple replacement requests REJECTED—even when I offered to PAY for an upgrade. Is this how Airtel treats loyal customers? Need urgent resolution. #Airtel

    @airtelindia @airtelbank Airtel Payments Bank account closure is pending because customer care says an active Debit Card is linked. However, I have checked the app and no active Debit Card is showing. Please verify the card status and help me close my account.

    this Issue resolved just few mins back Airtel Service Engineer said he received complaint today👏🏻 @airtelindia Thank you for following up with field service engineers today and resolving issue

    @airtelindia I terminated my Broadband connection with you in July 2026, due to "UNSATISFACTORY Service despite multiple complaints". Shortly the router was collected from my place as well. A pro-rated bill of INR 188.56 was generated, & the same was duly paid on the due date

    @airtelindia Moreover, there is no option available in the app to request disconnection of Wifi, forcing customers to contact customer care multiple times just to cancel a service. I strongly recommend improving this process & providing a simple option in the app to disconnect the connection.
