@airtelindia your words don’t match your action. Never ever buy an international pack from these guys. I got an international roaming for US for Rs. 6000 and there is neither incoming nor outgoing. There is zero customer care and the responses are lukewarm to none.

@airtelindia my 4g internet is not working. And your customer care, which never reaches a human person, says they'll give me an update on the issue by May 1! Seriously? 10 days I've to be unconnected? I can't book a cab or use any internet-based services which are essential!

Pathetic service from Airtel. My Airtel postpaid number has been deactivated, when I have visited Airtel customer care store they are not able to reactivate my number. Also not giving me any reason for deactivation. Worst service #airtel #AshwaniVaishnav #airtelindia
