    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia You are already slow in resolving queries, don't be slow in responding at least. Have sent the concern over DM but there is no follow up on it. But still new issues persist. If you can't handle it, then just disconnect us and we'll switch to Jio.

    very very bad experience with @airtelindia broadband. While requesting for disconnection of broadband I hv given reason's and said that simple stopped my service. Still your CC is calling 100's time and asking for the same. @TRAI, Request you tk necessary action. Tysm.

    Every time I contact customer care they tell me I will get a callback within 4 working hours but that ain't happening as well. Is this the way @airtelindia treats their customers?
