    Hi @airtelindia, I can't use unlimited 5g after exhausting regular pack in IIT Kharagpur. Please improve your 5g service in IIT Kharagpur campus. Bad experience till now.

    “I had already provided all the required details.I received a call informing me that a technician would visit, but as usual,no technician visited today either. This issue has been repeatedly happening, and I am still waiting for a proper resolution. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
