@MadhavSheth1 @Flipkart @airtelindia I have to pay the credit card bill & interest for the inefficiency of #Flipkart. NO seller verification-remediation if customer is duped-help from customer care, we just get scripted answers & have to repeat entire story to whomever we speak at #Flipkart customer care(12/13).

The worst part is call getting disconnected due to bad network when you are talking (complaining) with customer care agent regarding your network issues. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI

@airtelindia firstly, they refused to cancel it stating we will resolve it but I had work from home so I opted out other local broadband service and guess what they fixed broadband within 4 hours after payment. I had to go in call with manager of @airtelindia customer service
