    @airtelindia WORST NETWORK EVER @Airtel_Presence and when ever I message then call centre guy say me we are enhancing network in you area . F*** kitne months hi gye hai Abhi tak enhance nhi hua kya . I think you have to close your company because network as well as worst service

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic customer service at the Airtel Store, Velachery. My sim card stopped working and I am visiting the store for 3 days and still yet to get the new replacement sim. The only problem was that the sim was registered in my dad’s name 1/n

    @TataPlayin I have sent DM, but if the response time is like 1- 2 days, much better to switch to Airtel dth. @airtelindia , fyi, the customer care standard of Tata play is going down and I hope you will provide a better service in these scenarios and also train Tata how to provide good care.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence pathetic service. You’ve changed the billing cycle on my account and didn’t even notify of the change. How do you expect a consumer to know about the change? Are you doing this deliberately so that customers are late and you can charge extra?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have Airtel x stream box with registered mobile number 9150800007 that box isn’t working from last 4 days and showing error of bad we thare and rain but in my city sirsa Haryana the Webster is totally clear and no bad weather no rain so solve it
