    @airtelindia Applied for Fastag a week ago, payment was debited from my Airtel payments bank but still i have not recieved even any confirmation regarding my order. Not even helpline numbers are having any feature of Fastag enquiry. Please help me out ASAP. 8890768821

    @airtelindia WORST NETWORK EVER @Airtel_Presence and when ever I message then call centre guy say me we are enhancing network in you area . F*** kitne months hi gye hai Abhi tak enhance nhi hua kya . I think you have to close your company because network as well as worst service

    All the claims of being best network or No.1 network of India seems false to me now, no proper way to connect with customer care. You can't talk with executives directly. I chose X as the last option but here too is same. #WorstService #Airtelsucks @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence After that I called multiple times but asked to click 9 to connect with customer care and it is replying, as u don't have sufficient balance to talk with customer care,I recharged with 349 already. Who on earth charges to connect to customer care.

    @airtelindia it's been 4 days now, my WiFi has been down. No step has been taken to fix the issue yet. The customer care says that talk has been arranged with the senior representative but no call has been received yet. Shame on you @Airtel_Presence

    I regret my decision for porting @reliancejio to @airtelindia i have 5G network always but data deducts from 4G data balance although i have 5G unlimited plan active even data speed goes slow after that and their costumer support not responding they are not even talk properly
