This needed to be said so that you could take my matter a bit serious. For a loyal customer. I am facing an issue. My other sim is blocked, it's asking for PUK CODE. I can't literally visit a store. Packed schedule. And my Grandfather can't chat with his Broker because we don't remember his number. He's not been able to trade for the whole week. Alot has happened. Help me out man!

Samarth (@_samarth_91) reported@airtelindia Today, 7 August, I called 3 times. My calls were either disconnected or I was again told no senior representative was available. I've already paid all dues up to 4 August and haven't used the service since then. If Airtel generates another bill because my disconnection request
