    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence really disappointed with ur customer support. My sister's mobile got lost today & her number is a part of my Airtel Black Family plan. When I tried barring the services on the respective sim, your team didn't help me. Apparently DOB is not matching.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . I am seeing the worst service ever. My connection frequently disconnects and the wonderful solution they offer is TURN OFF AND TURN ON THE ROUTER EVERYDAY FOR 5 MINS. I am wondering why other services are not suggesting this.
