    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence even when i have recharged my mobile from your app, I am still unable to make or receive calls. Your customer care didnt help even after 5 calls to them. Is this is cue for me to port to other network? This is horrible service #CustServ #custisfool

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel black is so confusing that neither I am able to connect to airtel customer care nor call back option being honoured. No calls yet. Landline not working...not able to either add or delete channels from dish. Connectivity issues..no replies yet

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My mobile number is 7400307094 and recently ported from voda to Airtel But there is so many issue in coverage in City and not able to take call And am facing this issue till the time of port so resolve it asap Otherwise @vodafone is last hope
