    @airtelindia Customer service at Airtel sucks. I wanted to change a corporate connection to an individual connection. After taking the documents, I am asked to come the next day to sign a form that they can’t fill at the same time. Reason: it’s too lengthy. 1/2

    @airtelindia @DoT_India Airtel has history of bad workers in their company and this time again when I took their service after 5years they again repeat their history, this time in the form of sales agent Aakash. He sold me costly plan by giving wrong commitment & now I complaint he is proving me wrong.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia ye formality wale customer response templates kahin aur bhejna. pehle ye batao ki why should I pay my postpaid bill if I am not getting the intended service from you. And this has been happening for some 5-6 months now.

    @airtelindia my broadband is not working since last 2 days, i call to your customer service more than ten times and they kept on saying "within 2 hours your wifi will work" all 10 times same answer.

    @airtelindia dear Airtel India I am using your network since 17 years But today I suffer incoming and outgoing call problem. My pack validity is upto 14 oct 2022. Incoming and outgoing call is barred. My mobile number is 9934623854. Kindly resolve my problem.
