    @airtelindia Pathetic customer service from your broadband team! In spite of several calls and escalations, my request for connection upgradation is not being attended to. All I hear every time are false promises and excuses. Did not expect this from Airtel.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is the worst network.. pls noone port to airtel.. they don't care abt their customer..and their 4G data works in the speed of 2G.. inspite of so many complaints,I have not received a call from them.. I'm porting to @reliancejio

    Unable to access my Internet. And not being able to communicate to Airtel Care Centre! What is happening. This is really disturbing. What is the need of then your call centre number if it is not reachable. Kindly do help otherwise have to switch. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
