    @mashrujeet @airtelindia Airtel used to force customer to opt for postpaid over prepaid. I was trying to get the prepaid Sim but was forced to take postpaid connection.

    @Utsavv2006 @Airtel_Presence Facing similar situation here, I have registered a complaint and they promised me they would fix it by 9th June. It's 10th June and @airtelindia doesn't give a single update on it.

    My airtel air fiber is not working from last 6 days and even my cell phone also not giving 5G internet connection, not sure any alert mechanism are there or not but seems something wrong with local tower all family 5G is not working. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India

    @airtelindia Internet is down for last 3-4 hours. Unable to raise a complaint through your portal, also your call Center doesn’t want to raise a ticket ? @TRAI look how the Internet companies avoiding to register complaint.
