    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your network speed seems pathetic in my location, already logged complaint in your app 8-9 days ago but still nobody called me or resolved my complaint, thinking of switching to @reliancejio after this lockdown gets over.

    Hi @airtelindia Greetings! I've been using Airtel WiFi for the past 6 years. Never had any issues with the support service. Whenever we reached out, support was always available. But, since the past 2 days, the WiFi has been disconnecting frequently. [1]

    Ordered IPTV from @airtelindia for my Airtel Black account (Request ID: C81C1GUU1U) & made the payment, but an agent fraudulently converted it to a Dish TV connection without my consent! Floor manager admitted the error on call, but zero resolution given so far.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence service request no. 11037456685 assigned to ARAVINDH C (07942732877). He will contact you between (14 Aug 2026 01:00 PM - 02:00 PM). Person comes does not attend fault & leaves without saying any thing. Why. Does it cost to say what the problem is

    @airtelindia I was a happy customer using Airtel WiFi for last 10+yrs in Chennai 600041 But 4 d last few months many of us in this area r facing frequent network issues, no solution Last 3days no WiFi but no resolution yet. Cust care,airtel thanks App r useless to put it bluntly

    This is very regret to say that @airtelindia discontinued my number suddenly. They didn’t even called me at least once. My WhatsApp also got logged out and not able to login. I am a customer since last 6-7 years. Is this the value that you are paying to your customer?@airtelindia

    @airtelindia @airtelindia Bill ₹1,178 already paid, but internet still isn’t working. 3 numbers ke liye ₹1,178/month, while prepaid plans offer 3GB/day at much lower cost. Then what’s the benefit of postpaid? Please resolve my internet issue.

    @airtelindia the support portal. Even after raising the issue with the advisor, the support portal shows no active requests pending. This makes it seem like my support request isn't being tracked anywhere. Yesterday, I received a notification about an issue in our area. So, I was aware..[4]

    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence For the past one month, my Airtel Wi-Fi router has not been working, and my issue has still not been resolved. Despite repeated attempts, the local Airtel office staff are not properly registering or responding to my complaints.
