    @airtelindia wanted to deactivate the e-SIM. It’s a difficult process with zero support. For activation the sales guy can come up to your door step but when deactivation required, everyone seems to be running off from helping. Defeats the purpose. not at all No.1 network in India

    Now i can say @airtelindia @airtelnews @airtel is worse network in whole india, No is here help you out , if you are having any issues then the solution is just port to any other network!!!!!

    @airtelindia If the service cannot be provided to the customer, then the customer should be made aware of this before buying the sim.

    @airtelindia I have been using mobile services since 2009, but I have not seen bad service like that from Airtel till date. I called Airtel Care 4-5 times today, but my complaint was not registered, and my call was disconnected.
