You customer support is getting worse day by day.. i have trying from past 15 days to use iptv, i have raise a request, paid and even an agent has been assigned.. but no one called or came to install the IPTV, agent number is switched off from past 3 days.. every time i call customer support they say your query would be resolved, or you will receive a call.. what is the point of airtel black ?

When I follow up with them, they're rude and don't take any ownership to resolve things & keep asking me to call different people!

U can try even local internet service provider. Shifting or disconnection pending from 8th April.
