    @airtelindia the Internet speed in U Block (Pin Code: 122002), Gurgaon is very pathetic please address the issue quickly, the speed sometime goes down to 2 mbps Thanks

    Every time, the issue is just passed to an engineer who never responds or resolves anything. This is highly unprofessional and frustrating. Because of this negligence, I was forced to switch to another service provider. @AirtelIndia — Is this the level of service you provide?

    @Airtel_Ug takes unlimited time to issue a new merchant line. Already 2+ months has passed and different people committing it will be delivered today since the application. @airtelindia activates the connection within 2 Hrs. Highly surprised with services. @Airtel_Presence

    @AirtelIndia This is absolutely unacceptable. My WiFi has been down for 4 days and your team has failed to fix it despite multiple complaints. This is sheer negligence and a complete failure in service.
