@airtelindia I have done a recharged of 2999rs for a year, which included a @DisneyPlusHS subscription but after the recharge it still asked me to buy a subscription. I even tried calling @airtelindia customer care(wich also has worst of the service) but i got no response.

Being black customer and associated with Airtel for so many years this is very very disappointing and feels like it's deliberate to push customer to go for new connection instead of secondary. Request @airtelindia to address this at the earliest
