Is this some kind of joke ? My airtel app shows a balance of 280+ GB of data still remaining. Is this the customer service experience @airtelindia is working towards providing?
Upon following his instructions and activating the new sim,the issue still persists.Called up the executive following which he sent a mail to @airtelindia back office team. Turns out,the response said that the customer’s data is exhausted which is why the data is not working.
I called again and got the issue reopened which again was closed on 7/21,without any resolution.After this wonderful customer service, i had to visit an @airtelindia store for the issue.The executive there asked me to get the sim changed as there was an issue with the sim card.
I hold a postpaid connection - 9765439660. My mobile data has not been working since more than a month now. I had raised an SR# 31-3792453940590 on 22nd Nov regarding the same, which was closed by @airtelindia without any resolution to the problem.
@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Now the executive who assisted & connected with me over video call to confirm is not picking up calls. I have also mailed to you at 121 id but no such help is there. It's very pathetic to see such services, i have now sim in UK but it's not working

I had taken an Airtel broadband connection in Bangalore, for which, I had paid 3 months rental in advance. However, due to poor service, I had discontinued the service, but I had not received the refund. It has been more than three months. @airtelindia @airtelnews @DoT_India

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence to day I was very disappointed in u. I have been airtel customer for more than 10+ years. Now today I wanted to do verification via sms and I came to know you have removed this from basic package. Now I have to recharge for Rs 100 just for one SMS?
