@Airtel_Presence Lost Airtel network in my area (pin code 500009) and this happens every 3 months and the issue does not get resolved for months.Each time they give 15 days time for resolution. I am not able to use my phone (internet too)for months and I get billed. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Converted @airtelindia postpaid to prepaid! Better port to any other carrier because zero service for prepaid customers. The IVR options actually don’t work at all! None of the numbers! Just menus which cannot be selected

@airtelindia a few months back, my aunt got her wifi from your company (location: Powai, Mumbai) and apparently the POC has now left the company and the current company executives have given up on support. Looking forward to a response and assistance at the earliest.
