    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your service has become frustrating. It has been 3 days since the network speed had dropped to zero and no rectifying actions have been taken so far. Every time I need to check an update online, I have to call my own number to enhance the speed🙄

    @airtelindia i never imagined that upgrading Airtel broadband plans & bill payment of same can become a nightmare for Airtel customers. Following up for around 15-20 days & still my issue is not resolved.kindly proceed with disconnection of my account

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 10 days and still the services are not installed. Moved to an apartment society where only Airtel provides internet services. All towers (A,B,C,D,E,F) are build in straight line. A,B,C and G has services but D doesn't. CAN SOMEONE HELP PLEASE.

    These are legitimate conversations I had with Airtel Customer Support over the past few days. Legitimate. I am done with @airtelindia My mom, my father, my sister, everyone uses Airtel. No one will in the next 2 weeks. Your replies on social media are also unhelpful.
