@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Recently 2 days ago I recharged my mothers mobile number, today in airtel thanks app it’s says pack expired and no active pack present . It’s the worst express with airtel. At least make available the customer care service through chat.

23 days since I placed a request for an additional service. Not a single call or message from them. Their CS doesn't have a clue. Running this experiment to see how much companies like @airtelindia focus on competition instead of their customers. #Airtel5G

Similarly I am unable to make outgoing calls from my Airtel number and since last two days I am mailing them..no response at all
