    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Disastrous service from Airtel Black. My broadband has been dead since July 8th, 8 AM. SR 10989347126 was assigned to Srinivasan M, who gave false commits to visit all day yesterday, never showed, and now claims he isn't assigned! Fix this now!

    @airtelindia worst support ever your maintenance department can't fix the wiring issue and everytime I raise a request they give me time and then apply a bandage instead of proper fix and I am a corporate user if you guys not able to fix the issue please tell me so I can switch

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Your wifi broadband is out of connectivity again within 3 days. Every time this happens I need to escalate to bring someone to resolve it out, due to pathetic customer service. Since my work dependent on wifi,please get the resolved asap

    Extremely frustrating experience! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence sent a DM saying I am eligible,but the 5G internet is STILL NOT working. If your technical team cannot fix this backend issue immediately,then refund my₹151 or credit it back as talktime balance.Stop wasting my time
