    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia just received the call from the service provider. Said that all the charges are valid however they have charged me ₹160 for special number and trust me this is what they say everytime whenever they charge more. I would request honorable telecom minister @rsprasad

    @airtelindia I am disappointed in how your org is working at critical times such as now. My SIM is not working, and I know the Airtel stores are closed during this lockdown and that I cannot be provided with a new SIM at the moment. But... 1/2

This time I actually used @Paytm 3rd party app to recharge and it went well. Way better than your stupid airtel thankless app that only plunders money from cstmrs

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia and now i cannot handle such poor network and pay the exact amount every month. I regret using airtel and if i get a chance now for any other network i would love to switch.

    @airtelindia 3043368019 is digital TV customer ID. Booked new connection. False commitment by airtel team. Still waiting for installation since 18.01.2022. Cc executive committed to resolve this issue at 3.30pm. Booking done with all inclusive of fitting but service eng ask cash.

    After a lots of complaints , @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence not able to resolve the problem of multiple days internet down. Finally today technical guy came and did temporary solution which works only for 10 min lol. This kind of service now a days we are getting @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Imagine you treating one of the society heads where the main hub of Airtel Fiber is installed. Over an above the staffs are not at all apologetic while the customer is expressing dissatisfaction and complaining. Totally appalling service!

    @airtelindia Please never take airtel broadband. I had to send legal notice to them to disconnect but still they are not disconnecting just to get more rent. They are a big fraud. Its impossible to get disconnection. They will keep taking rent from you.

    @airtelindia Pathetic service by Airtel. I installed a broadband connection just 3 days ago ie Sunday 16th Jan and my device stopped working last night and I couldn't get any help whatsoever even after connecting 121 nor was I able to lodge a complaint or schedule a visit.
