I've not received any call from Airtel for the resolution and I'm unable to register my incident. Now they'll not register the incident telling that 48 hours has been passed and it should have been notified within 48 hours, but there's no way to notify only. @airtelindia

@airtelindia Terrible MyAirtel app interface. No way of reporting a case of slow internet speed - one can report no internet though. I am getting 2 mbps on a recently upgraded 200 mbps connection. Unable to get any resolution for days now. 121 doesn’t work for Jio users.
