Loss of 2 full work days. This is happening in the most prime area of #Pune. No engineers available to address the issue. Really sad state of affairs. Unbelievable.

Looks like you are not considered all other languages. Hindi only not languages in India😡 . Agent not transferring the call and no luck multiple call

Termination of your wifi/dth is so tedious and time consuming, i am really discouraged to buy your service ever again in future. On call with cust care for over 15 minutes and still no resolution. Frustrating!
