@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have disconnected my broadband connection but airtel customer care is harassing us by calling 3-4 times in a day from last one week. When i say connect to billing department and manager then call gets disconnected.

@airtelindia I am not getting any 4g services, when I try to turn on the internet it only shows E, it run on 2g and I tried every method but nothing works. When I try to register the network on 4g it says service not available.

My request for prepaid to postpaid has not been done till now. The staff are not even explaining me the problem @airtelindia. On the other hand my pack for prepaid had been expired, so you want your customers to suffer right..?
