    Dear @airtelindia as i am user of your company since last 10 years.. Since last 4 days the net speed in my area is very low in my number but when others are using their net, thier net speed is very good compare to me. Please Rectify my Problem otherwise I have to switch. #Airtel

    @airtelindia #customercare #service It's been 3 days since I requested for ip installation and till now excuses The first excuse sorry we by mistake booked your dth service , then assured they ll install it Next day the customer agent calls and cancels it Pathetic

    I want to stick to @airtelindia as 5G connectivity is poor in my locality, while I travel in train. 5G network should also improve. I can't take official call in @MicrosoftTeams using Airtel 5G connection. I can't listen to friends but they can't listen to me. Voice gets chopped.
