Dear @airtelindia as i am user of your company since last 10 years.. Since last 4 days the net speed in my area is very low in my number but when others are using their net, thier net speed is very good compare to me. Please Rectify my Problem otherwise I have to switch. #Airtel

Hello there is a problem with my network. I switched the sim from my Wifi to mobile and still the network speed is lagging. I am not able to even stream 480p video on YouTube without buffering. It's getting way out of hand please rectify speed issue. @airtelindia @TRAI

.@airtelindia my internet just stops working in the middle of the day,3 ppl WFH, your technician says it will not work until i upgrade to fibre, your customer care is clueless If this is the level of service for a 15 year old customer i don't mind switching to a new provider!
