@PhonePe_ @airtelindia I am not sure what kind of integration you people have done, but i believe it to be non-functional. Twice i have done a recharge of an airtel number with @PhonePe_ but the recharge was not applied to the number. And the support teams just blames the other

@JioCare What's the point? It would be I guess 10th ticket that you guys raise and then close as per your will. Horrible experience with @JioCare. You guys don't take notes, don't maintain logs, don't resolve any issue. Learn something from @airtelindia on how to resolve complaints

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel system is a fail. Recently recharged on Airtel mobile through airtel upi for urgent requirement. It still shows in process from 3.5 hours while the amount is deducted. I even requested to do new recharge and refund old one but no assistance.
