    @airtelindia 02249710624 my request for bill plan change is oending since 27th nov & today is 15th dec. Customer care, I am fed up of repeating a simple request of change of my bill plan from 40mbps to 100mbps of 799/mthplan. Maybe i hv asked for something out of their league

    The alternatives are equally shady, @airtelindia are such scum, haven't refunded the money I paid for a broadband connection since a month which they haven't even attempted to install. Vile salesmen disguising as customer service.
