    @airtelindia I had installed Airtel Xstream AirFiber and clearly requested for the ₹499 plan. However, the executive showed ₹499 during installation, but now in the app it is showing ₹899 plan without my consent. This is completely misleading and I want immediate resolution

    @airtelindia 4 days of unplanned outage in kanpur since 10 April. Customer care only gives fake 1AM/5PM ETA'S. I pay for 3 connections. This is harassment. Fix now or I will report to TRAI. A/C- Ankit Dixit (9810326496)

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ₹349 recharge stuck since 24 March + ₹100 wrongly deducted. Wrong postpaid activation without consent. No resolution. Resolve immediately or I will escalate to DoT.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My internet on 9636812060was disconnected without any warning or usage alerts (50/90/100%). Even on an "Unlimited 5G Plan," service is blocked citing a 300GB limit. This is a clear violation of TRAI guidelines and deceptive marketing. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @airtelnews What a terrible service you are giving. Since yesterday evening at 5 PM the WiFi has been down and it still hasn’t come back. Neither can wecontact Airtel customer care nor get the engineer’s contact details. How long will this issue take to be resolved
