    I think @airtelindia is no better than BSNL in Dehradun. I switched to Airtel thinking service and customer support will be good. Well I was wrong, broadband maintainability is very bad. Issue resolves, ticket resolves and issue occurs again. Then the cycle follows of this pain

    @airtelindia Because of these ongoing issues, all the other SIMs in my family have already been ported to Jio. This is the last Airtel SIM we still have. We stayed with Airtel even when Jio services were free because we trusted Airtel for better network quality. Unfortunately, 2/N

    "Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, I sent a DM a week ago regarding an emergency SIM issue as requested by your team, but I’ve been met with total radio silence. My mobile services have been completely cut off due to an agent's data entry error, leaving me stranded. Please check
