Hi @airtelindia, We used to get 15+ mbps constant speed in our area but since last few weeks, speed has dropped drastically. We have been receiving just 1-4 mbps speed and that too is fluctuating very much. Please look into this issue & try to provide higher internet bandwidth.

@airtelindia I am regretting only after 2 hours of activating my No. By successful port from JIO. Network is Hell , if Delhi has this problem then rural areas are out of discussion. I promise I'll port out after eligible time period. No thanks, I have done a great mistake.😭

I don't remember the reason now but how can a sim suddenly go dead without a warning.. talked at a mobile shop & it seems to be a known thing that just happens.. Pathetic..and the customer support is going to call me before 3rd feb, raised the req a few days ago @airtelindia
