    @airtelindia Need your help, I made a big mistake porting to Airtel. the executive you have sent (Ph#9154915429) collected Rs.300 and did not made the first recharge. When I reach out to your support I'm asked to go to the store and make the first recharge. Money and time waste

    @airtelindia finally the calls gets connected and Arvind and he said it's documented, but my concern is, what's wrong with @airtelindia services, i have never faced such issues ever.

    What is with the @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've 1GB+ data left and still the speed sucks. No matter how many times you complaint. They've built their customer support on such a way that customer should die trying connecting to support representative.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia how much time it takes to fix a wire cut? Affecting more than 200 users in an area for 24 hours still not sure about the fixes. Don't say u are the number 1 network. Literally I will file a case against you.

    I have been trying to seek help from @airtelindia thanks app. The app isn't working. My recharge was done in the afternoon but I still can't avail my call/message/internet facilities. I had to function the entire day without these services. Any help from @Airtel_Presence

    Literally fed-up of @airtelindia no network in Kharghar Sector 36 area, Swapnapurti CHS. Only higher floors has the networks lower floors no network at all its just worst network among all networks …. I am having a very bad experience. 😡 Please resolve it soon.
