@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence If we don’t pay our WiFi/Mobile bill your customer care will call and mail us 100 times a day but if we pay the bill before due date Airtel will not even send paid bill mail on due date…. What kind of behaviour is this!!! 🤷🏼🤷🏼🤷🏼

@airtelindia my data balance vanished. I had 300gb carrying forward every month. It suddenly shows 0 gb and there is no data in the data tracking as well. I contacted support but did not receive any support. They told me that they do too not have the data.
