    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Xtreme Fiber DSL down since last 36 hours. 2nd such issue in a week after getting new connection. Feel cheated after paying 3 months advance. Is this the kinda service you guys are striving for?

    @airtelindia @VittalGopal what a pathetic service you have in Mumbai. There are lots of problems in the network. Call drop, echoing of voice and no mobile data to name a few. Still receiving full bill for ZERO service. Plus your customer service team is extremely rude.
