@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia heading to register a complaint in consumer court along with an attorney. Issue resolution time is 2nd July while I registered complaint on 29th June. You guys promised over call for 24 hrs resolution. I don't see that.

@airtelindia So called buddy said there's connection in my area and I paid 3k for Xtreme. Engineer came, said there's no box, left. I'm still waiting for my refund. Assigned buddy is not replying to calls or texts. Please help.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI I raised SRs for internet connectivity issues earlier in the month of April 22 as well and June 22 and after promises to get me an update from the team, I just see the SR closed and no communication whatsoever from the Airtel team
