  @airtelindia Now, Airtel wants me close this connection permanently and purchase a new connection on same number. This kind of worst service is being provided by Airtel at present. Airtel doesn't have any solution to continue this connection even on valid address/ID proof.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Broadband services down since morning in our area no assistance on app.or customer support. IVRS says still engineers are working to resolve. No update when service resume
