  @airtelindia here is the problem regarding to data related issue, the download speed moderate but upload speed is very poor. The maximum upload speed is maximum 150-170Kb/s So that we are facing much problems.

  I’ve been a loyal Airtel customer for many years, but I’m extremely disappointed with the service. I’ve been trying to get my WiFi connection (DSL No: 014111673319_dsl) disconnected for the past two months. Despite repeated calls to customer care, the issue remains unresolved. Instead of disconnecting the service, Airtel continues to generate bills, forcing me to make unnecessary payments. What’s even more frustrating is being kept on hold for long periods every time I contact customer support, with no resolution. Is this the level of customer service Airtel stands for?   @airtelindia internet is down since and hour...even yesterday there was an issue and got sorted after 4 to 5 hr. Unable to raise a ticket as it keeps gng round and round...when called 1800 no biday responds and it say thrs an issue will sort soon. My delivery is getting impacted

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Impact: Wasted last recharge. Had to do another unlimited recharge just to keep number active. Tried: Wifi only. Called 121 - no solution. Request: Immediate network fix OR bill/recharge refund + compensation as per TRAI rules.
