    @airtelindia here is the problem regarding to data related issue, the download speed moderate but upload speed is very poor. The maximum upload speed is maximum 150-170Kb/s So that we are facing much problems.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Took airtel black connection on 12th March, today its 15th March and still no setup box for TV connected. Responsible guys from engineering team in Ghaziabad/indirapuram are not responding to any calls or complains. Terrible experience.

    @Airtel_Presence Very poor service. Requested @reliancejio JioFiber relocation (~1 km) but was told 3–4 days. Booked @airtelindia after promise of 1–2 day installation. Paid booking amt. Installation scheduled 15 Mar, 10 AM. No one showed up and no response from support.

    Hi @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence ,why your service is so pathetic? i requested for wifi installation and after 10 calls your sales person came, took the payment. now saying there is no fibernet at your place and now not picking calls. cstme care is also not respondng

    @airtelindia I recharged for 5 days international roaming plan for my parent's while leaving the USA. It didn't worked and the agent in india said the money will not be returned back. Such a worst experience it is. I asked my dad to move different service.

    Calls drop, internet doesn’t work properly, and when customers try to report the issue there is no proper way to speak with a real support executive. The IVR just keeps rotating options without any real help. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
