@JioCare Please understand it's an issue of 2 major cities & may b couple of dists and must be lakh+ subscribers. If you have sense and sincere, check with your local team escalate the matter, learn from your competitors like #BSNL @airtelindia @VodafoneIN @Idea and solve the issue ASAP.

@mendeepak @VodafoneIN @Idea @airtelindia @reliancejio @reliancejio is a chutiya network. Their customer care and network both sucks. I have been complaining since a year. Even their paid servants tell lie, came to my home dhring my office time told there he is getting 10mbps speed but i do get highest speed network of 20 kbps.

Switch from @reliancejio to @Idea, @airtelindia, @VodafoneIN or @BSNLCorporate take smart decision now. @reliancejio bad service, bad network speed, bad support even at Odisha when other networks are standing @reliancejio still made people disappointed.

By using my airtel wifi am not getting network coverage and losing the data very quickly, at the same time by using mobile hotspot am getting better coverage than my airtel wifi and not losing data as much @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please look into it (2/2)
