    i have been trying to reach anyone from customer care but this looks a complete disappointment... no one had really kept a way where i can talk to someone to resolve my issue. This is not for sure a positive response for airtel @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Just port into @airtelindia from @JioCare , it been really a hectic scene for me, the person who port my number said once sim activated i will recieve free call and data for a month, but still now unable to do any of them. Customer care is also not responding @Airtel_Presence

    I am perssonally very unsatisfied with the services of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ,since 15 days no network is their in our office ,we have around 50 cug & 100+ prepaid customers facing the network issue but no one responding our call so we will planning to shift to @JioCare

    @Airtel_Presence Only 1 location my home. Sector-11,CDA CUTTACK-753015. This house has been surveyed by your network team for more than 5 times in last 2-3yrs. They had suggested use or booster which is not approved by @Airtel_Presence & @airtelindia. Only #falseassurance no improvement #Network

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews nowadays new problem is there...Mobile network isn't available. I don't understand if the network coverage is so poor in Bhubaneswar itself then what about tote area. So panic and hectic as calls r getting dropped everytime .Disgusting..

    @Airtel_Presence Over the past 1 month there has been #falsecommitments from your end. explain why is it taking so long and by when will this be resolved. Why the complain was closed with out resolving the issues. As per previous commitments this was to be closed in 4 working days @airtelindia

    @manujosephsan @airtelindia I don't get ring only....person sitting besides me, showed , when he called me...it was ringing in his phone but not mine......it wasn't handset problem since my other vodafone number was ringing perfectly... Ported all family numbers to Vodafone ..much cheaper also

    @airtelindia I have Airfiber and I'm no longer able to connect to the Overwatch game with it. Bsnl fiber works though. Airfiber used to work before so did you change something on your end related to NAT or something? Can you help?

    Hi Airtel, when I initially checked my device readiness, Priority Postpaid was enabled on my Airtel postpaid number. However, after checking again, it's now showing "Phone not ready" and says my device doesn't support the required software. I'm using a Google Pixel 7 running the latest Android 16, and 5G SA/Network Slicing are already enabled on my number. Could you please clarify why this status has changed and help resolve the issue? @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I am writing this with deep disappointment and frustration regarding the extremely poor network experience I have been facing. I have been a loyal Airtel customer for more than 10 years and currently use three Airtel numbers. Unfortunately, despite repeatedly raising service requests, the network issues remain unresolved. Frequent call drops, poor voice quality, and weak data connectivity have made it difficult to rely on your services. As a long-term customer, I expected much better support and accountability from Airtel. My patience is now wearing thin, and if this issue continues unresolved, I will be left with no option but to seriously consider porting all my numbers to another service provider. I request your immediate intervention to resolve the issue at the earliest. If network coverage in my area is inadequate, please conduct a site survey and consider installing a network booster/extender to improve service quality.     @airtelindia I have booked a new DTH connection and made the payment as well. No one has arrived for the installation, and the customer care executives are not resolving my issue. An engineer named Situ Singh has been assigned to the task,but he is ignoring my calls and messages.
