    i have been trying to reach anyone from customer care but this looks a complete disappointment... no one had really kept a way where i can talk to someone to resolve my issue. This is not for sure a positive response for airtel @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my no 9853035385 I never subscribe #AmazonPrime but it's comes under my bill Rs 1499/- after so many times unsubscribe till it's subscribe n m paid 1499 on my current bill. Kindly solve this issue n 1499 adjust my next bill

    Broadband plans from Airtel, BSNL, Tata Sky, Reliance Jio and others under Rs 1,000 @toi request you to give right information. Reliance Jio and Airtel's 4G network speed is very bad. Raised data speed issue since Feb and no resolution @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia after portability from Vodafone to airtel, facing problem in outgoing call, massaging and internet but receiving incoming calls and massages. Changed SIM once again in airtel outlet, patia, bhubaneswar, odisha but problem not solved.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence hi i had requested for a secondary ip tv connection on 12 jun…. So far no one has contacted and spoke to helpline twice they give the same jargon of someone getting back within 4 hrs and no one connects. Below par service… pl intervene

    @JioCare my jiofiber connection has become so slow that the room beside where JioFiber is located doesn't have speed to even run a youtube video but when doing "run diagnostics" no issues detected..I am a JioFiber customer frm 2021, is it a sign for porting to @airtelindia ?

    Update from an Airtel Black customer: Today I learned that the most difficult part of customer support isn’t fixing the issue… It’s successfully registering a complaint. IVR: “Let’s go back to the main menu.” App: “Complaint could not be recorded.” 10/10 complaint prevention strategy. 📷 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #AirtelBlack
