I have been complaining since a year. Even their paid servants tell lie, came to my home dhring my office time told there he is getting 10mbps speed but i do get highest speed network of 20 kbps.

Some Airtel staff said no LAN, some said server issue, others blamed Apple. Apple said it was Airtel’s issue. Airtel finally accepted it was their issue and fixed @airtelindia

No installation, no response, no way to reach support. Same chaos, different provider. Completely unacceptable
